Awesome service! The fuel injectors got clogged in my car and it died right when I pulled into a gas station just to be safe. I found them on Google and was towed in 6 mins after reaching out! Guy that picked up my car was professional and did an excellent job! Even helped me put the car in my garage once we got to my house. Highly recommend them if you need a tow!
Told me $85 to hook up and $5 a mile and ended up being charged $235 for a 12 mile tow not to mention the driver didn't even speak English so kind of hard to communicate with him
I used this place over 50x after tonight I won't ever use them again and ill let everyone else know ow not to. The guy they sends truck is leaking hydraulic fluid everywhere, none of the emergency lights work and he was nothing bit disrespectful. I called the office they didnt offer any explanation, apologies, nothing.
So grateful we were able to find this towing company! He arrived fast and took us home just as fast! Very friendly, great customer service! Highly recommend!

I was stuck in a parking lot for probably five hours. I had two cars trying To jumpstart my car at once that didn’t work. I had a family member tried to jump my car with an even bigger vehicle, and that didn’t work. I wound up trying to find a towing service that was opened and that would answer my phone call JR towing came to my rescue. German was very kind and jumped my car with a jump box and it worked! It was a reasonable price, even his offered a tow it was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Locked my keys in my car recently, he was very fast and absolutely respectful I would definitely recommend them if you ever have problems around the area!

Awesome People & Service! Had Semi Driver run out of Diesel. JR was there within 15 minutes and got her up and going less than 15 minutes . DID NOT charge an outrageous Road Service Fee! Very Happy with their Service.

Had my car towed, and he ended breaking my tie rod and fender. How do you mess up and hook up to the wrong part of the vehicle. You and the company should be embarrassed You should let the people know your not competent enough to properly tow a vehicle. So embarrassing.
Terrible service! My car broke down along a busy interstate in the middle of winter, and I called this company after looking at all the great reviews. The call was picked up quickly enough, but I was promptly told that they’re busy and with no further explanation they hung up on me.
They will not be getting any business from me or my family that’s for sure.
Great awesome guy came out late at night to pull my vehicle out of a bad situation and did it all with no damage will recommend this guy to anyone hands down cheap and fair price for a tow

I had a 1990 Uhaul towed out of my steep driveway and towed from Millersville to York and it was finished in a hour. The driveway at the shop where the vehicle was towed is over 300 yards and they had to backup that distance, I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times and I’ve been in sales / customer service etc since 1997 and these guys were awesome

Helped us out with a flat tire along 83 on a Sunday. There in 30 minutes. Found out my spare tire was too low on air, and he took it back off, took the tire to a gas station and pumped it up. Great Guy. Answers the phone and cares about the people that need assistance.
Discovered car wouldn't start when in York, PA far from home. Called JR Towing and within 20 mins gentleman came and started car with a jump and told us exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it when we got home - many miles away. He saved us a lot of money that we would have spent on unnecessary towing. Thank you for your expertise and honest, quick service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Got into an accident in my vehicle. Front axle was messed up. Took care of my vehicle when loading it up. Dropped it off with care. No more damage occurred in the towing.
