I called 10mins before they were about to close and asked if there was any way I could get in quick to unload my truck and they had NO problem staying open just a few minutes past their closing time to help me out. Definitely taking my business here from now on!

The people at Prospect Metals are very friendly and their set-up makes drop off of the steel fast and easy. They only take metal that a magnet will stick too. I'm always surprised at how much the scrap is worth.

I sent an email Friday March 2nd about having a truck picked up for scrap.....no response back as of Monday, March 5 so I called and was told that they would call their driver and they would have him call me directly....no call all day Monday... I called again Tuesday, the 6th and the woman told me she would put another call into their person who does the pickups, so I wait again all day and again no call....by the end of Wednesday I realized they are a poorly run company and have pathetic customer service that could care less about my business so I called another company and within minutes they took my information and set up a time to pick up the truck.... I wouldn't have given any stars if I could have left a comment otherwise.....
