No customer service skills, employees are in their own world and not in the Customer Service world. Please consider finding new employment where you enjoy what you do rather than spreading your misery, this goes for every employee in the store. I will be at Auto Zone!!!

Over priced, they tried to sell me a car battery for $240. Went to Walmart and got a battery for $130, I compare prices this place is a rip off

Didn’t see a lot of initiative from the crew that was working when I visited. The order wasn’t ready after 2 hours and they seemed lethargic. When I returned a few days later, the crew was much better.

Went to return a part that I ended up not needing. Guy at the counter asked if I had a receipt and I said no, told me he couldn't help me, didn't even try to look it up in system which I'm sure it would have came up. Per advance auto return policy states: If You Don't Have Proof of Purchase/Receipt If you return an item without proof of purchase, you will receive an Advance Auto Parts merchandise gift card at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days. It must be returned as NEW, which means the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item.

I am really glad that I came to this store to buy my 4.6 Ford engine and the the guy Chino he was very helpful and helped me out through the whole process of Finding and buying an engine And after 2 weeks he called me and told me that the engine arrived And he helped me putting the engine in the back of my Van And honestly he is the one who did all the work Chino is the man

Always a good experience with buying parts if I know what I want and can compare it to what I need before leaving the store if they don't have the part you need they can order it and have it there very soon within an hour or longer. They have a Perks program the more stuff you buy you get coupons up to $20 and if you order online you get 20% off the item you're purchasing regardless so compare the coupons and 20% off it's a big savings. I needed a rotor the price was $125 my final price was $89 with coupons and the 20% off

The store was very busy at the time of my visit. I placed an online order for in-store pick-up. My order hadn't been pulled yet when I arrived. Then the register locked up. The cashier tried moving my order to a different register, but it wasn't cooperating. He finally just told me to leave because my order was prepaid.

I needed to replace my windshield wiper blades and this was the only location that had what I needed in stock. I had a young man named Hector, who installed the blades for me. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. Very soft spoken, polite and patient. There was some difficulty with the hardware, but he handled it with ease and did a great job. It's nice to see younger people doing a great job in customer service. I will definitely be dealing with this location again! Thank you!!

Knowledgeable staff. This is the HUB store which stocks parts other Advanced Auto locations may not. Parking is ample. They had my brake caliper & intake manifold gaskets in stock, for an 18 year old car.

The staff was very friendly. I learned some new things about my car. In addition both the young men at the parts counter were very personable in their knowledge about my automobile and the parts that I needed.

I've never been to such a racist state. I go inside asking for a paint model number and u have 2 employees helping 1 guy for a light bulb and when I am for a paint giving them the number she tells me I don't look for rubs like that. Ok. On the shelf u have everything listed by the model number and what she said was I don't look or deal with paint sorry. Smh. I will never walk back in that store and I'll make sure to let anyone I know how horrible their customer service is

Jeff Brady and his team are the GOAT. Awesome service, friendly. Josh and Erin and Paul are great workers and B is cool too. Great place and they pit customers first.

Staff is generally helpful and don't mind installs such as wiper blades and car batteries. This location is also usually well stocked.

Terrible service went in looking for coolant tsat all employees have no clue on what they are doing wouldn't recommend this particular store at all. Went across st to auto zone had my part no run around in and out in 5 mins

Be very careful with this location! Went in to get a replacement headlight bulb recently, and as I walked in, the clerk asked to assist me (always appreciate help). She searched for the right bulb for my car, and pulled the part off the shelf for me. She also talked me into buying 2 because if 1 headlight was out, the other would not be far behind. Got home, opened up 1 bulb, and pulled the bad bulb from my car. It was at this point that I realized the bulb I had purchased was not the right bulb for my car. So I took everything back with my receipt, along with the no longer working bulb. The original clerk pulled the wrong bulbs - was supposed to be an H11b, but she pulled plain H11. The worst part was that they would not exchange the opened bulb package. They were only willing to return the unopened packaged bulb. To me, the clerk at the store made the error, pulled the wrong bulb for me, and they should be owning up to that error. But they refuse to give me a refund on the opened bulb, which I cannot use. Be very careful with parts you purchase from this store. It cost me $20.

When I called I was given great information to make my purchase, and yes they install batteries. I go there and their person installing batteries took an hour to install a battery wrong. I had to wait that hour. Then I had to basically do the battery removals and installs myself to get this done. They should have to me they are not good at this. I would have just taken the batteries home and installed them myself with far better tools then what they had. Nice people but it killed all my plans I had today. Frustrating, but the batteries are in and working great so all good!

Female manager goes over the top for her customers. if you go to virtually any other Advanced store in the central PA region you will more often than not find a sign on the door saying their oil tank is full and they are not accepting used oil. when I ask store managers about why they are honest and tell me corporate is slow to respond to a full tank. When i asked york she was clear her customers were important to her so if corporate does not respond she has a local guy come take some so her customers are served well. Whats more, today, I ordered a part will call from the Paxton st store and went to this store to pick it up. when she discovered it had been mistakenly sent to Paxon street, I asked her to make me happy. She stopped what she was doing and she intercepted the driver, diverted him to the closest store and had him drop it there, and then called that store to arrange for me to get it there on my way home. All in all an incredibly pleasant experience from a customer who was initially unhappy that my part had been sent away. This gal can make Lemonade out of lemons.

I go there a lot and they are friendly but I do feel like they could have more people at the register because it does get busy and the lines get very long.

Always friendly and almost always has what I need to get a job done. If they don't have it in store you can order it online and save some money on it!

The employees just stand around, that customers have to ask for help. Half of the time the employees don't know their own stock, order things they cannot get in for long period of time. They wasted my time for three weeks with a part I ordered but they had to refund my money. BIG WASTE OF THIS!!!!. The employees that worked at act like they don't know nothing, I don't see how they got hired.

Four stars cause the staff are cool people, but the store prices are way to much on some products... like refurbished alternators costing more than a brand new alternators. Where they do that at.

The staff is very knowledgeable very helpful and I've never been given the wrong part I've always made sure many many times I've gone out looked at the car and made sure that it was the correct part they have helped me so many times I can't thank them enough great place to shop for parts

I went in there and asked for a serpentine belt for my ion. I asked them to make sure it was the right one because I drove 45mins to get it and he said sure it is. I get back and it's not. Not even close to the right one. The box was torn up like they just threw it back together. The part number didnt match the part number for the car.

I frequent the advance auto store up where I love and this was just because I was out. But it is an advanced auto store. They sell car parts. The store itself is pretty clean and the staff that I have interacted with seem knowledgeable about the locations of parts and how to find what you need for your car.
