Customer service is horrible their ETA was 65 minutes and I had to cancel the tow and resubmit a new tow because after I called them twice they told me one time it would be 45 more minutes and then they told me to be 80 more minutes before they could come and dispatch a driver to me and we waited all together 3 hours on them we contacted another tow truck company and they were there within 45 minutes to tow a vehicle.
At 5:21 PM I used Agero, for a flat tire, who called DY. I was located in E'town, and they're in York, so I have no idea why Agero would have called them. Anyway, it was originally a tow, as I didn't know if I had a spare. I looked, and I had one, so I called DY to update the needed service. The guy has no idea who I am, and why I'm calling, and tells me I needed the other company. What other company? Agero had provided the number I called. Guy tells me he'll call me back in a minute. Call never comes. I call. No answer. Guy finally calls me, says he needs the address. Agero should have provided that, but I tell him, and he tells me his guy is 35 minutes out. I'm expecting them around 6:30.
Around 6:45 I get a text from Agero saying my provider has been switched to another company, and will be here in 54 minutes. I chat with Agero, and find out DY cancelled the call when I changed it to a repair, not a tow. The guy could have told me this when we were on the phone, and he lied and said his guy was 35 minutes out.
7:20, and Im still waiting, and now it's pouring. Thanks, DY.
Worst! Dispatcher women is so rude!!! I guess she hates the job, she needs to be replaced with someone who wants to dispatch. Terrible experience ever !!! I didn’t use them at the first word dispatcher they way she talked to me with attitude.
En mi experiencia no fue para nada bueno el servicio, no me recogió mi carro y se quedó con mi dinero, me enteré que no tenía mi carro porque le llamé, de lo contrario me hubiera enterado al otro día, pero existe Dios y el que deseo tengo las conversaciones con él
