Terrible service. I ordered a part for my car on Monday and was told it would arrive on Wednesday; however, they never actually ordered the part for my vehicle. No one has taken responsibility for the phone call, and the "supposed manager"—named Erick—did nothing to investigate the matter with his Parts team to find out what went wrong.
