NAPA Auto Parts - Automotive Of York East in
York Springs (PA)

Been getting automotive needs at Napa for over 40yrs.
They must be doing something right.
Thank you Napa

I’ve never been to the store however I was just at the gas station with a worker getting gas and they assisted me cleaning my windows saw me struggling to reach and offered to help greatly appreciated and that deserves a mention great way to represent your company! Sorry I didn’t catch your name but THANK YOU!!!!

I needed a part and Napa is my go-to automotive parts store. This was my first time at this Napa in East York. They did not have the part but said they could order it and it would be in the next day. Unfortunately, I needed the part faster. Very helpful, friendly and professional parts counter personnel.

Always a helpful stuff with quality parts!

Great and helpful on all my car needs they didn't have the part in store but was able to send me to dallastown because they did indeed have the part in store.

Great counter people. Take the time to ask you all the questions to get your part right the first time.

Came in to get a bulb, this location was the same distance as another auto parts store but id rather support a local business so I took a chance and came here. The older man at the desk was super rude, which I can deal with. Everybody has bad days! Unfortunately he was also incredibly unhelpful so I just excused myself and left rather than buy anything which was disappointing.

Great place, no sooner then I walked in, was being served and on my way out the door with a smile on. Thanks Napa

Lets be honest, not the most socially gifted individuals in the store. But you need a part they have it or can get it. Or even better advise you on other solutions.
This is my go to place for parts.

Best place to get parts. Forget autozone and advanced auto. Just go to napa. Experience and knowledge.

Very helpful counter person. But this store is a bit smaller than other NAPAs, sho not add much floor inventory.

Counter help was very helpful and respectful I will going back for sure

I go to the machine shop out back, great people!

Great staff very friendly and helpful will return again...

Walked in needing a number of off the wall items and left with all of them, in under 10 min.

Good place with good service!!

Henry & Mike were very helpful when i stopped there with a blown radiator hose.

One thing that I know there's no other store has it Napa does

Helpful & knowledgeable staff and they had everything I needed in stock.

Almost always have the right parts even for older vehicle's.

When Fishers, Advance, and Auto Zone can't have it till tomorrow, try Napa. And ask to talk to Chris. He goes above and beyond to help you.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that the costumer has what they came for.

My go-to parts specialists. Quality parts & great service. Make your vehicle ? use NAPA parts. ???

Great people, Good prices, Great Service, NAPA is place for all your automotive needs!!

Great service and they had what i needed.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Staff is awesome and parts are some of the best.

Staff seemed bored and not particularly interested in helping me the first time I visited.

Good people know what there talking about got what I needed
