Called roadside to diagnose a air leak he said my air compressor was bad and wanted to tow the truck to the shop. Got the truck towed to my mechanic in Md and it was a valve and brake chamber leak.

Today I was at their place, first I looked at the reviews, I see 5 stars and all the good reviews, but I'm disappointed, I arrived, I left the truck and waited for a long time waiting for the hall, then asked what was the problem , they told me they ran out of oil filters and someone went to the store, in general, I expected two and a half hours and so they also counted the time for a trip to the store, for replacing the oil two and a half hours is terrible, and yet for the lack of spare parts, who is still guilty and who should pay for it? But they still took it from me!
P.s. They don't put some grease on my fifth wheel and in other places where they usually do for a bonus in other places for oil change!
