The staff is awesome, they could get the part but help give us place to possibly get it. They will be my first place to check when needing a part.....thanks so much!

I've been in the car industry for 30 years and have dealt with a lot. I mean a lot of different parts stores, by far this one takes the cake as for a place NOT to shop! I placed a $2,000 order with them, with the manager at that. to only have my order not messed up by the manager but by four of his associates also after 5 days of trying to get this straightened out even the fifth order was incorrect do not go here I do not recommend this place they do not have a clue what's going on. You should be able to walk in a parts store get spark plugs plug wires alternator shocks and brake work parts and it be correct I wasn't building a spaceship here

Had a Honda Pilot that would not start. Brought the old battery here, and Mike helped me out. Mike checked the old one to confirm it was done and gave me options on a new one. The one I wanted (based on Consumer Reports recommendation) was not in stock. Mike had a driver run to the hub (main warehouse) to get one. Got a AAA discount. When I came back to pick up the new battery, Mike saw me and ran it out to me.
Very unprofessional management. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend better off going to Pep Boys or Auto Zone they would value your time more than this place.
Always friendly , always knowledgeable, not like a regular parts counter. when you tell them you need a 21in windshield wiper they know what to do without having to year make and model u to death
From Ray my first contact over the phone with Richard when I arrived everyone was very nice and I had called numerous other companies to get nothing but lousy service and with little or no knowledge. I have found my new auto parts store thank you so much for help God bless
Excellent! I had been to O'Reily, AutoZone, Smyth, and Pep boys. None of them could hang. Napa hooked me up. I'll save time and go there first next time.

I need a connector for a headlight and one of my tail lights. Driving along I caught sight of this place and just decided to stop in.
The fellow that welcome me was extremely courteous and helpful, even though he was new to the place. He found one of the parts that I needed and offer to order the other one. I wasn't quite sure if the tail light connector was the one I needed and he offered me to come around the counter to take a look at it. After looking at it neither of us were sure that that was the right one so he allow me to take a picture of the screen so I could compare that picture to the actual part in my car.
By the way, the part that I purchased there was actually cheaper than I could find it anywhere online, so if the other part works I will definitely purchase it from them.
Thanks for your help! I was stranded and could not find industrial chain links anywhere. I had know idea you guys carried them. Thanks for getting me back on the road! They were also able to track down another part for me and have it ready at a Columbus location when I returned that evening.
