Called up DSV Vending, had a question on a board,
Circuit talk, tech stuff — thought I’d find a little support.
Trying to ask a question, barely got a word out,
Dude kept cutting me off like he’s running a timeout.
Every sentence interrupted, couldn’t finish my line,
If customer service is a skill… this guy missed it by a mile.
I’m talking circuit boards, manufacturers, trying to learn,
But patience wasn’t in the building — guess that bridge is burned.
Real talk riddle for whoever runs the show:
If the phone guy’s rude… where’s the business gonna go?
Treat people like trash, cut them off mid-flow,
That’s the fastest way to lose customers you’ll never know.
So here’s my answer if you’re asking for a review:
If you like being interrupted — DSV’s the spot for you.
But if you want respect when you call for some help,
Take your business somewhere else.
I had an awful experience today with D&S. I own a company in Nunavut and we tried to place a small order to our store here in the north.
I've never been spoken to so rudely as Kristy did today.
Here's what happened:
1) We emailed ahead, asking if we could provide our own shipping labels (shipping up north can be a bit tricky).
2) We were told that's fine, and we placed the web order.
3) Our online staff (he works in Colombia, has an accent) called and asked to provide the shipping labels.
4) Our order was cancelled, we were not notified.
After that, I called back today to try and find out what happened. I was told we failed due diligence due to a mismatch between the shipping address and billing address on the card. No worries, I'm happy to provide any further info as needed. I was basically hung up on, and called a scammer to my face. We have a reputable business and need some basic common parts for our vending machine.
I tried to place a new order, but they instantly cancelled it, making up a story about how the ZIP code does not match the bank.
The agent raised her voice at me. I believe this company probably gets a lot of people trying to scam them, but we certainly weren't one of them.
I'm more than happy to remove this review if one of the higher ups is willing to contact me and have a reasonable conversation so I can provide the adequate proof that we are not scammers but normal Canadians trying to place a simple order.
One of the best parts suppliers I have ever used. Jason is the best at finding the parts I need. He makes many replacement parts for older machines to keep them from becoming obsolete.
The coupons are good and work well. The shipping time was ok, not great, but ok. The price is outrageous. I would buy from someone else but there are no real alternatives and this company knows it so the charge you as much as they can. After paying for the coupons and shipping the price is nearly 50% of the value of the 1 dollar coupon. Their cost is probably less than a penny per and yet they charge 59 times that. Most people I know do not use these because of the price.
I have a very old machine that I had very little info on. I called D&S and received help immediately with no wait time. A guy named Marko (I think from the parts centre) went above and beyond in helping me figure out my issue and troubleshooting a fix for it. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time and felt genuinely cared for! Earth needs more people like Marko!

We needed some supplies for our vending machine - they replied to email questions quickly, and the order was processed quickly. The product was received within a few days, and our machine is up and going with no issues! We would highly recommend!
D&S is my go-to. Always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile. Markos has been an amazing rep and makes sure to help in every single possible way. I honestly go to D&S before my distros and manufacturer. Give them a shot, they are an extremely valuable resource for any operation.
I needed an obsolete part and thank goodness D & S had it in stock. They told me what I needed to do. I got the part hooked it up just like they said. It worked perfectly just like they said. I will recommend them to anyone.

D&S Vending provided an outstanding experience with an older can vending machine that I have in my garage. I was worried I might not find a cooling solution for the late 60s early 70s vintage machine. Marco at D&S is an excellent technician and did the research for me on my Dixie Narco to find a turn key replacement for the entire cooling system…compressor, lower fan, condenser, evaporator all pre-mounted and charged for an easy replacement of the original system that had its compressor lock up after years of service. Packaging and shipping were spot on, along with unpacking instructions to ensure I didn’t damage the goods. Up and running in less than an hour. Thanks so much Marco and the entire D&S Vending Crew.

D&S was super easy to work with. They answered the phone right away and were friendly and professional. They researched the parts I was looking for on on obsolete model. The parts shipped quickly, were fairly priced and were an exact fit.

I researched the products that I needed on the website but then called customer support for a few questions that I had. The agent was very helpful and assisted me in locating everything I needed. The products shipped quickly and were delivered in perfect condition.
Marco was the best! He was very thorough when I was placing my order, making sure I got the correct InOne board and light for my 2003 FSI 3120. Marco also did some extra research and found out drop sensors were not compatible with my machine and the InOne board. Ultimately, saving me time and money. The board and light work perfect. Over this past weekend, I made an order from this company. And I made a mistake on my order, being that it was Sunday. I had to email them.
To my amazement, the president of the company emailed me back Sunday evening, assuring me that we could fix the problem and gave me two different options to do this.
I have not seen Customer Service like this in many many years if ever in my experience of shopping on the Internet.
Furthermore, on Monday morning, the Customer Service that I received was top notch and had my issue resolved within just a few minutes.
I will do business with this company again, and look forward to it!
I have bought vending part from D&S a couple times now. Received my part fast and undamaged. Great service when ordering. Alway called me back same day when they said he would get back to me. Will use again.

I decided to refurbish one of my older machines instead of selling it and went with DSV for the parts. Like any small business owner, I am very sensitive to price so I was able to settle on DSV because their prices are very competitive. Shipping was fast and I love that they recycle packaging (cost effective and environmentally friendly).

I have dealt with Jason and his team for a while now and this is the third large order I’ve received from them and I must say I am very impressed with the service and the packaging of the equipment that I ordered.
