Call Z Towing first and be done! Amazing service at a very reasonable price! Had an accident in Cleveland, needed a tow to North Canton. Our situation didn't require immediate tow service as the passengers weren't with the vehicle at the time when Z Towing was contacted (weren't allowed to stay on the highway according to the police, got the people out of there before dealing with the car). Everyone at Z Towing was very kind and empathetic to our situation and kept us informed to the status of our vehicle - when it was picked up, when it was en route to North Canton, etc. These are exactly the kind of people you want to do business with!
Called for a tow this morning, congested area of Cleveland by CCF Main Campus. Arrived in about 45 minutes, good pricing, office was super nice and accommodating (had to make a few calls due to some confusion on our end). Would use again.
These guys were great they provide an excellent service. Very professional they were to me in like 15 minutes. No long wait. No hold on the telephone . Came and pull me out when I was stuck and I really appreciate. It is a great company.
Excellent service! Called on a Sunday for a Monday pickup. They picked up and delivered as promised (30 mile tow). Driver was very nice and double checked delivery location. Highly recommend.

These guys are awsome. I actually didn’t get a car towed. I had them pick up my snap-on toolbox. Box arrived the same way it left out the shop. You know us Technicians are meticulous about our tools.
A towing is my go to for tow and emergency needs from now on! The service I received from Peter and his boss as a 1st time customer was incredible. Peter was able to tow my totaled bmw and he also maneuvered my 7x16 enclosed food trailer using my own truck into my driveway because the trailer wouldn't fit on his flat bed, now that's service! I called Z Towing CLE after my car broke down in the middle of downtown, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. The dispatcher was friendly, listened to my situation, and reassured me help was on the way. The tow truck arrived within 25 minutes, which was much faster than I expected, especially during rush hour traffic.
The driver was professional and took great care in handling my vehicle making sure everything was secured properly for transport. The price was very reasonable compared to other towing companies in the area. What stood out the most, though, was how genuinely helpful and accommodating the tow truck driver was during my stressful situation.

Marc is our guardian angel! My daughter was traveling from Toronto to Columbus on Hwy 90 southbound when the lug nuts and tire on the car came off at 8:30pm at night. Called CAA then on to AAA and then Z Towing CLE showed up. I called him twice to make sure he was on his way and that he could be trusted. He then called my daughter who was on the side of the road in pitch black and spoke with her for awhile and shortly after showed up and took care of everything. Towed the car and took my daughter back to Cleveland and fixed the car over night so she could continue on her way the next morning. I think he even provided a discount as the final cost was incredible. Such a great guy! Please whenever in or near Cleveland call Z Towing CLE for any car maintenance as he owns his own garage.
