I had a few of my motorcycles here for repairs and they are great at what they do, prices are fair and they fix them the right way, always got the job done! Family owed great people...I highly recommend....
I don’t understand the bad reviews. I would rather deal with these guys than the dealership. This is the place to get tires for your motorcycle ?. Usually installed same day, but call first, especially in the spring.
I was quoted one price, then charged 100 dollars more when I came to pick up my bike. All he said was it was a confusion in pricing. After being told the original price several times. I was told the bill was 550.00 including the 65.00 delivery fee. I told him I'll pick it up. He told me to take 65.00 off the 550.00. I get there and he tells me it's now 515.00 after removing the 65.00 delivery fee. I then get my bike to see a hole in the fairing that they removed to do my oil change. I was originally quoted 250.00 for the fork seals. He tells me it's now 350 00. Plus 65.00 for picking the bike up and an oil change. This place is a rip off. As soon as he found I owned a shop myself, the price went up. I was simply taken advantage of, and my fairing was destroyed in the process with no attempts from this business to fix it or pay for the damage. Do not take your bike here. This place does shady business. I would never treat a customer that way. I will be looking for another shop to take my bike to. This business is why small shops get a bad rep. Do better Cleveland Cycle Salvage. You lost me and anyone I know as a customer.
Went and put money down on a bike. Had an agreement to pay it off within a few months while he put it together. Come to find out he sold the bike I bought and tried to get me to settle for a different one. He wouldn’t give me a refund so had to take him to court. So if you’re thinking about putting money down to hold a bike, I wouldn’t. He is shady and his daughter is rude.
Bought my gxsr 750 here had the wronge chain on it i was riding it chain pop and broke my clutch cable they said there come pick it up 2 weeks ago and been calling and calling no answer ether there ignoring me and dont wanna fix my bike that they sold me or they dont answer phone there
Very friendly, knowledgeable, Service was good had oil changed. Chain adjusted, clutch adjusted, new grips put on. Would recommend to anyone. And good pricing. Il be back

Paid someone to paint my fairings.well they was never returned..father n daughter helped me with a whole new set for my gsxr n gave me a few xtras

Extremely rude. I came across this company on google and called to inquire more information on what type of bikes and parts they sell. The lady that answered the phone spoke with broken english so I had a hard time understanding, and politely asked if she can repeat what she just said but she hung up on me, i called back again and she said "no ones here", even though i called during normal business hours. Either she hates her job that bad or just doesn't care about customer service, how do you run a business with people like that as your greeter?
Purchased my Honda Aero 750 there and it has proven to be a great bike. Looking to get a Harley and well, they are my first choice. I have referred my friends and family. Always pleasant to work with and they answer all you questions about the bikes they have. Strongly recommend
Not recommended for any form of service.
Took a wheel and new tire to get it nounted and balanced because of their price and that they would turn it around while I waited.
Brought the wheel home, noticed they never balanced it. Took it back to them, they tried to tell me the wheel was bent, but they "balanced it".
They never bothered to clean the surfaces where they mounted the wheel weights so they fell off the next day.
Took the time and brought it to my independent mechanic. Put the wheel on the balancer in front of me, we balanced the wheel properly, there is no bend in my wheel. These guys just have no clue what they are doing when it comes to fixing motorcycles. Tearing them apart and selling the parts?......maybe.
