Every time I go to firestone at this location. Jeremy and Ivan have always been there and been honesty with me regarding my car. Please asked for them when you go there.
The service I received from one of the employees was absolutely terrible, and they were dishonest about the deadlines. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there to get their car repaired. They promised to finish the work on my car in one day, but it wasn't finished until three days later, and even then, the car wasn't properly repaired.
Very disrespectful. Honestly, even one star feels like too much.
My car has been there for two days and they haven’t even touched it. When I called to ask for an update, they were rude, used inappropriate language, and then hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable.
There is absolutely no respect for customers here. The communication is terrible, and the level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
My previous mechanic did not secure my tire properly and I was stuck far away from home. I got my truck to Firestone and Jeremy hooked me up! Made a bad start to my day a whole lot better! Thanks brother!
The guys at this location always have time to get my car in at a time that's convenient for me, which is surprisingly hard to find!
Having newer cars, I was used to having all my work done at the dealership but have switched entirely over to Firestone at this point. The price is way more reasonable, the people are way more friendly, and it doesn't feel like I'm being raked over the coals every time I need an oil change. I trust that the work that's being recommended is actually required, not just a way to pad the bill.
Adam, Jeremy, and Ivan have all been super courteous, and I actually feel like my car is in way better hands now that I've quit bothering with dealer service.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I had asked to wait for the car when I made the appointment, so they were able to accommodate that as well. When I got there, Adam had my info available from his file so check in was fast and efficient. The wait seemed reasonable, and the checkout was also fast and easy, with a paperless/e-mail option for the receipt. While I was waiting, I overheard another customer grumbling about his obviously much older car that needed more work, and Adam handled the situation with grace where I might have found it hard to be pleasant to the customer based on his attitude. Overall, a fine experience.
Woke this morn to snow and ice. Wiper blade must have been stuck to windshield and ripped during the cleaning. I stopped at Firestone for a replacement blade and they took care of me and had me on my way in 20 minutes at a reasonable price.
Ivan Helped me get the right size tires for my car and because of that I got my sensor and one back tire corrected. He came outside in the cold and helped me in the service manager.Jeremy Zink Really explain to me the good benefits, and I bought a set of tires. Very good experience.
Jeremy and Ivan were so helpful and so patient. They explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, with my tire. I was so thankful to Ivan who made sure I had an appointment for the next day because I had appointments the day I came in. When I came in early for my appointment, Jeremy made sure I was comfortable and keep me abreast of everything that was going on all the way up to the finish. These are great employees. Came to Firestone to get an oil change and the service was great. The technicians took their time and made me aware of their concerns for my vehicle. Ivan was the highlight of my day. Not only did he ring me out he walked me through my Firestone Credit Card application-which resulted in an approval. That approval represents a little piece of mind for a single mom with teenager who just got his first car (and it's used...used...lol)...I also accidentally left my phone and Ivan ensured it was safe and secure upon my return. Customer Service was great! It nice to be taken care of. I will return again and again.

Went here because my daughter had a nail in her tire. A gentleman name livin was at the counter. He was AWESOME. My daughter is young and she was crying, he explained everything throughly. We was there late, he didn’t press us to come another day. They took great care of us right there on the spot. Highly recommend
Ivan at north Randall Firestone was very helpful!! I called last minute with a flat tire and he was able to get me in with good service highly recommended!!
After trying for more than an hour, they said they couldn't fix a patch. It was under warranty. They refused to rotate the tires under the plan I purchased with the tires, saying two of the tires have 4/32" tread left. The other two had 6/32". They told my battery tested bad, I haven't had any issues with it at all, and said no. They tried to sell me a tire, and when I said no, they put the spare on. I took the patched tire home and put some tire cement on the patch from the outside. The tire has not leaked at all since then. I had to put it back on myself. I should have used a tire patch kit rather than going there, so they can waste my time and try to scam me.
My TPMS light came on on Friday morning on my way to my doctors appointment. I pulled into Firestone at the corner of Northfield and Miles. Adam had pull to the bay door and put air in my rear passenger tire. Thank you Adam!!! I REALLY appreciate your help.
Took my vehicle in for suspension work and Chris and Adam did a remarkable job on it. Car runs great. Smooth ride. Will definitely recommend this shop to other people.
Very polite and kind staff, I thought something was wrong with my brakes, I brought it in, they did a thorough check and determined that the sound was probably something caught in my brakes but that they all looked fine now. They could have taken me to the cleaners but they were very upfront and honest. I will definitely be back!
First and foremost if I could leave no stars I would. Anthony was very rude, racially profiled me, attitude was nasty. My car was supposed of Been tooken care of at 9am it’s been there since 8:37am. I had made a claim with my warranty, he also told me he was going to call and make one as well. 11:30 I was told my car would be next for a diagnostic test. I got off work expecting my car to be ready, it was not he told me to pick it up tomorrow. I asked was the claim filed he said no. So I headed up to Firestone, So I can have a in person conversation. He was nothing but rude, walked away while I was talking to him. Went and got my keys and said “my boss said you have to go somewhere else to get your car fixed”. I was going to do that anyhow just off the strength that his attitude was terrible. I asked to speak to his boss he ignored me and started playing on the computer. I feel if I was a man I would have never gotten treated in that manner. He has no customer services skills. A claim could have got filed, but instead I got told come tomorrow. Can’t get the rental using my warranty without that! Today was a wasted day. I would recommend this Firestone to absolutely no one.

The service was for 2 tires to be mounted and balanced which took over 3 hours to complete. I had a reserved schedule for 3 pm and didn't leave till close to 7 pm. I also noticed after leaving that one tire was missing a valve stem cap and mounted with the inside tire wall facing out. Of course the tech tells me, Oh it's fine. Looks like I have mix n match tires on because it's a different pattern on the inside wall than the outside (look at pics and also notice the white goo). The service took extremely too long and my vehicle is used for my business and I don't feel as though this location took that seriously! Also their service has gone down within the past 2 years!
Hey family this Firestone is pretty good and the customer service is nice just be detail in what you want done with your vehicle. They'll also contact you when your vehicle is done
These guys are amazing! We were visiting from out of town and had an emergency AC issue in 100 degree heat with three small kids. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, honest and professional and the service was prompt. If we didn't live 10-hours away we would be back!
