I had my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed at the Quick lane in the Valley Ford Dealership. When I walked in the staff was friendly and checked me in very quickly for how busy they were. I had a great experience overall and they even delivered my car to me afterwards!
All my trucks are ford's and when I say tuff trucks they are!!! From plowing in the winter to pulling trailers in the summer. The staff a valley ford are always knowledgeable and friendly from service to sales. Never had a bad experience out of the 20 year customer thank you!!!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although there is a usually a long wait for an oil change. I know it says "Quick Lane" but don't confuse it with the dedicated oil change places. This is a dealer service department. So they weave you in as other jobs get completed. It is important to remember this before going in. If you are in a hurry, it's best to wait for another day when you are not pressed for time.
Good service!! I really like that they are open until 9pm AND have Saturday hours!!! Suggest to call first to see if they can accept you in the same day.
Very outstanding this time, ALL questions answered, professionally.. front people (service & parts) need serious customer relations trainining, come across like your bothering them, get past that, & Valley F will take care of u.
I brought my vehicle in for service and Bill the service writer got me in quickly without an appointment. Mark the tech did a great job and Rose Ann the cashier processed my payment quickly and even offered me cookies that she had made. Great job!
Great service. Went here for an emergency tire air fill because one of my tires deflated at the GetGo station up the street, and they filled my tires right away free of charge. Nice staff!
