I would highly recommend this towing service! Broke down in Cleveland, Ohio towing a motorcycle on an enclosed trailer with my Explorer. Although we didn’t end up needing tow service the customer service and hospitality of this business was appreciated and warrants a five star rating. This business owner was willing to come tow my explorer back to the shop and make sure it was drivable (tension pulley broke, serpentine belt shredded and muffler blew apart all at once) because he said long distance tow would cost me too much. Due to the area I was in he was willing to also have his son come with his truck to tow the trailer with the motorcycle to the shop while the explorer was fixed. He further was willing to have a mechanic come help with the serpentine belt to where I was instead of having to pay for a tow to shop. We were able to fix everything at the breakdown site and get back on the road. This business knows customer service and went above and beyond to help turn a stressful situation into a bearable experience! Thank you for your kindness, patience and picking up the phone on a Sunday willing to do whatever you could to make sure we got home!
