Great experience… I had problems with my tire pressure light coming on and none of my tires were low.I spoke with Mike, Great suggestions of where to go to get a check but first he had the patience to try to figure out what the problem was. And then he was nice enough to come out and help me reset my tire pressure On my Car menu. Great service, polite and courteous…..

Great people working And just bought a starter for my girlfriend car

Went here this morning to get a new spline lug nut key. Never bought one before too. Of course I knew my chances of getting one was low after going to O'Reilly 's right next to them. I told the guy what I needed, showed him a picture of my tire and told him I wasn't sure what size I needed. Unlike the man at O'Reilly's he didn't try to help me find one. Didn't look on the computer wasn't willing to open the the boxes with the splines to see if any one of them fit. Didn't even recommend on how I would go about getting one. All I got was I don't know or I can't do that. I told him okay thank you and his response was nothing. Mind you the guy at O'Reilly's did all this for me...went out of he's way for me. He even went outside to help me...I'll be going there from now on. You're employee wasn't any helpful.

Parma Towing uses this Auto part store. While visiting from out of town, my uncle is a driver and stopped in there on his time off and they helped him get back on the road with a battery. Highly recommend this store if your in a jam, need something....stop here.

Helpful staff. Ordering online and picking up in store is super easy and convenient. Some items they will install right on the spot for you.

I was pretty stressed out cuz I had to replace my ignition lock and Mickey and Dan took care of me like true professionals. A lot of auto parts stores people don't know what they're doing but at this one they do and that is a diamond in the rough thank you Dan and Mickey!

I went to Advance Auto Parts yesterday after work. I had gone to a different auto part store first seeking a battery for my car, and was informed they would not install it for me because it was "too cold" (isn't that when batteries often need replaced? when it's a bit frigid outside?). I called Advance from the parking lot of the other store and inquired if they would be able to install a battery for me. They said sure, and I could come right over. I walked up to the door and they asked if I had just called, I said yes. We walked in, I purchased the battery, and they went right out and installed it while I waited in the warm building. I was there a total of about 20 minutes, and I very much appreciate their help and their great attitude!

Assaults & Batteries........ Store #1537 I would absolutely rate the store on 6000 Brookpark road with zero Stars if I could. During my adult automotive life, I have relied upon and proud to say I use and trust Advanced. We are flabbergasted by the ill natured actions towards a paying customer from a public, reputable company, like advanced auto parts. Since I was a child, working on cars with my dad. Being backyard mechanics , we always appreciated it, and found Great value in the Advanced Auto Parts name. Without passing over possible legal barriers, I would like to give you a brief rundown of what occurred on 12/14/2023 at approximately 12:30pm at 6000 Brookpark Road. Store # I will briefly explain what occurred on December the 15th at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the 6000 brookpark Road Cleveland Ohio location. I recently purchased a 2002 Ford f250 super duty and required many parts to update this used truck including lighting and many others. While perusing the store and shopping for new parts for my new trucks that I was not familiar with I came across the light bulb section in a certain aisle and decided to start price checking bulbs and comparing prices with online retail. In the beginning I was approached by a young female in a wheelchair who asked me if I needed help finding a bulb which I replied yes and she did a fantastic job helped me solve my problem and left me to further fill my cart with items to update this older truck that I recently purchased. Not even 3 minutes after the young girl went back to her desk another woman decided to engage me. She asked me if I needed help once again and what was i looking for. I replied no thank you, I'm just price checking here I might be a little while.. Beginning to feel frustrated and rushed a third and final woman approached me. This large, accusative woman with red hair and apparently manager of this location decided to ask me once again what I was looking for and why I was taking too long in her store. Now quite upset I replied no I do not need any help and do you people want me to leave for some reason? I further explained that I was ready to spend a large amount of money on a truck that I just purchased and needed to price check items and that I was going to take a while and why I was being rushed out of the store. She replied well we usually don't have people taking this long in an auto parts store that aren't up to something... At this point I pushed my car to side and decided I would not spend a dime at this location and let her know that I would be spending my money elsewhere. Beyond my belief as I am walking out of the store I hear a boasting voice behind me yelling get out of my store. Except not that nice and using extremely vulgar cus words. At the same time a small gentleman behind the desk, said to me what am going to do about it? and threatened me verbally. Not having any way of defending myself decided to leave the store and seek further help from possible law enforcement. The actions of the staff that day were absolutely disgusting and I felt threatened and humidified humiliated afterwards and still distressed to today. I know the owner of this company is a great man. Never allowing this to happen in any of his stores. I believe you will write this situation and do the correct and honorable deed. Getting rid of these poisonous personalities in his company would be the first action and contacting me personally to right the situation. Otherwise I will have to have my voice heard. People don't have to be Soo nasty to one another.

Strange experience. Left my light on a work so had to get a jump. Went here to get the battery and starter checked. Guy checked the battery, said it was good. Said I needed to turn the car off to check the starter. Turned it off. Wouldn't start back up, so guy said he'd have to charge it to check the starter. Before we got back in the store...without checking the starter he said "the battery is good so it's the starter" I assumed he was going to check it but he was adamant that it was the starter. I had him jump the car and went around the corner to a mechanic shop. I'd been there before. I told him what I needed a new starter and that I'd leave the car with him. Went to get my things out of the car and decided to turn it off and on again to check. It started right up. I did it a few more times. Started right up. The owner of the shop decided to check it for me with a very simple instrument compared to the guy at the parts store. He said "nothings wrong with your care" Long story short...the gut at the parts store is not to be trusted. I almost shelled out $450 for a starter when my only problem was I hadn't let the car run long enough after jumping it.

Zero stars , the manager Woman, large red head, very rude and violent. Save yourself and font go here . They all need to be fired and punished for their behavior. I was assaulted verbally by the staff because I took too long to pick out my items. I suffer from autism (borderline spectrum), and it takes me a while to pick things out, and I have to price match everything to get the best price. I was harassed and will be filing charges. The district manager said he would handle the situation and get back to me but never even had the decency to call me back. I'm still waiting.. shame on you people.

I’ve been coming here for a few months since I’ve moved to Parma and Rob has been really friendly and super helpful. I purchased some headlights recently and he went out of his way to double check they were the correct ones and even went to the back to find the ones I originally had wanted. Awesome staff here, wouldn’t do business anywhere else.

Staffing issues. I've been here multiple times at 7:30am when they open and doors are locked any no one is there. Today I stopped few minutes after they opened, only person there was the commercial parts guy who did let me in and took care of me. I asked him where are the retail employees? He said they come in whenever they want and it's an issue. Unbelievable this is a problem. Cudos to your commercial parts guy for taking care of a customer but this is pathetic for a chain retail store. I will not be back

This place is the greatest, they have there oil on sale to help the little guys once in awhile 15w 40 rotella T4. Another thing that makes me buy 25 gallons a month at this store is there used oil tank return. Makes for disposing my oil super easy. Never get ride of it. Thank you for having it there

Got wiper blades today. Rob hooked me up. Installed them... had an issue with the driver side and got an upgrade. But he got things right. If you need something.. ask for Rob. Big props 💯

Just trying to buy a product one worker was helping someone so patiently waiting two more workers came over one was looking in the computer assume he was working on something the other worker just walk passed me started looking at his computer never acknowledged me as a customer couldn’t even say someone will be right with you after standing their for 7 min just placed my items back and walked out went next door to oreilly was greeted as soon I walked inside got my items and was helped right away plus prices was cheaper. Learn some customer service not that hard

I needed a battery for my 29-30 year car that only has 12.000 original miles on it.runs like new,the air conditioner never been serviced but check perfect,this is the best part ya start it in about 1 min.maybe 2 it's ice cold down to 30 degrees every time.if someone would like to buy it we could talk about it.I was putting the new battery in it,works work's perfect started right up check the air 30 degrees every time. Staff were rude and condescending. When we told them the rainex wipers would not work for for our car. The man rudely told us that it’s a universal wiper and it would work. Of course it did not work. When we tried to return the wiper the same man was going to show us how that wiper would work. I told him standard wipers do not work and we showed him what the web site said would work. The man then proceeded to say we needed to know about the car and not waste their time. Well don’t worry we won’t be coming back, ever. I thought this store was supposed to help people who weren’t sure what to get. Of it wasn’t an emergency we wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. I don’t recommend anyone going there and dealing with these jerks

Brought a 300 hundred dollar scanner, but when I got home it was different (cheap brand) scanner in the box. I was refused a refund and a replacement scanner because they claimed that they don't sell the brand I received in the box. If you buy anything from this store, check your items before you leave.

Went in for wiper blades. Associate tried to up sell me to their most expensive blades at first, but when I pushed for the less espensive, he seemed let down. I asked for help with installation and he walked outside, looked at the car and said it was too complicated for him, so I returned them and went to auto zone. A new associate changed the wiper blades in 5 minutes.
