I had purchased a vehicle from Dylan Murphy, the owner of this "company". Five days after I purchased the car, the stick shift suddenly had gotten loose while I was driving on the highway. I was left with no choice but to pull over to the side shoulder as I wasn't able to put it in any gear. I was fortunately able to make it home, but it was very difficult. And to make matters worse, the car will not go in reverse. So I reached out to Dylan via messenger and explained to him what happened and if he could look into this matter. I said that I'm not blaming him or anything and that I'm willing to pay for a tow from out of town to get the car to him. I wasn't trying to return it, but I just needed him to make this matter right by looking into the stick shift and making the necessary repair. Two days later he finally responded. He "apologized" for the circumstance and sent me a "link" of what I can do on my end. I immediately responded that I desperately needed his help as the seller of the vehicle that clearly isn't drivable. I said that I've already put a few hundred into it for an idle sensor to get installed, a coolant flush and fill, interior detailing of massive cat hair, etc. But I can't afford this repair and after 5 days and 74 miles, I figured "Mr. Reliable" could help me out seems how I paid him almost $2k five days ago. To no surprise, I haven't received any response since then. I've called dozens upon dozens of times to his business card number, but no answer. I've emailed him as well. Nothing. Now I'm stuck with this undrivable vehicle that I'm forced to look at each time I enter an Uber to go to work. This guy has ZERO integrity, ZERO communication, and ZERO care. He most definitely should change the title of his LLC business from Mr. Reliable to Mr. Rip Off LLC. Because he definitely ripped off an honest worker who needed at least a decent vehicle to care for his family. Now I have to decide what to do with it as it sits there undriven. Enjoy my hard-earned cash sir.
Worst place ever to buy a car. They don't know half of what's wrong with the vehicles their selling. They charged me $3600 for a car and the transmission was going bad and all he could say was sorry. Yes you are a sorry excuse for a business owner. I would have been ok if he would have offered half my money back. I only was able to drive it 2 or 3 times.
These guys are the "BEST"! They KNOW how to IMPACT the neighborhood. They make a BIG difference. It's a SAFE place because these MEN look after the established neighborhood. Reliable Auto owners take the time to KNOW who we are and MAKE our neighborhood a better place.
