We were loyal to this scrap yard from day 1 when they changed ownership. At first they couldn't get it together and figure out how to run this place. We were patient and willing to keep coming back . First day we walked there with a big load. At first they said no walk ins but the manager came to us and said yes we were fine and except us as walk ins because our car was broken down. Well we finally got a car and kept Turing our scrap in there. Until yesterday. Our car was stolen and this is our only income and we were walk ins tons of times. Until yesterday. They turned us away because we weren't in a car. What about all the other times and the very first day when the manager said it was okay for us. Im pissed. After being loyal and patient thru all of their problems from computers shuting down and staying for 2 hours without one negative word from. The woman who works in the office being g so rude and cheating us on stainless steel several times because she couldn't believe we had so many pounds of it. She is rude , especially when she questioned my scrap in front of me by asking a worker from the back about my scrap and shaking her head like she k iws everything. Come to find out she was wrong and had to apologize to my face about my scrap. She has no customer service ethics at all.
I was delivering a scrap die to AIM, American Iron & Metal in Cleveland, Ohio, when they dropped a {50,500lb die} on my truck and trailer. I have been in contact with AIM starting the day of the incident, both pieces of equipment were totaled and they do not want to pay for the damage they caused. As a result of this they have caused a lot of damage to me and my company.

The ATM machine was broke and no one was in the booth so I can get my money on the battery that I had recycled. I still have the ticket and I waited over 10 minutes. I also had put in a job application and they keep saying that it was Pele but the employees are multiplying and I keep calling about employment what's 3 *
I HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN I ENTER SCRAP SITE ITS WHN I LEAVE IM UPSET I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH NICK YOUNG BLACK MALE 27 IN AGE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE HE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP I HAVE COMPLAINED TO MANAGER MARC HOFFMAN SEVERAL TIMES AND SO HAS OTHERS CAME TO MARC ABOUT NICKS DISRESPECT I HAVE A RECORDING OF HOW NICK TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE WE ARE BENEATH HIM ITS BECAUSE OF NICK I WONT RETURN UNTIL HES FIRED OR DISCIPLINED
