They fixed the battery issue where my car was shutting off that MasterWorks Automotive did not when I brought my car there a week prior. Also gave me a heads up on things like my engine oil filter needing a clean and my car needing an oil change soon. Desk service here was also very kind. Thanks guys!

Had a oil change and tire rotation done last minute with no appointment. I assume it would be hours, they had the work done along with a free courtesy check in 45 minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this Firestone location on Lee Road in Shaker Heights. After visiting another Firestone location on Cedar Road three different times with no resolution, I was frustrated and still dealing with the same issue while trying to get tires put on my vehicle for work.
That all changed the moment I came to this location.
Roger immediately stepped in and said, “Come over here. I’ll take care of you.” And that is exactly what he did. Roger and his entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They actually listened, knew what they were doing, and handled everything the right way.
They had me come in, got my vehicle together, and completed everything just like they promised—no runaround, no confusion, no wasted trips. The difference in service was night and day.
This location truly cares about their customers. Roger and his team went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful for how they took care of me when another location could not.
If you want honest service, people who know their job, and a team that stands behind their work—this is the Firestone to go to.

This place saved me during a massive snow storm. I called every Conrad’s in the city and none could get me in today. I made the mistake of not putting snow tires on my new car and that was a mistake. I spoke with Nick Hernandez at this location and he went above and beyond. I specifically wanted Blizzacks and he had someone drive them over from another store. I was out before the afternoon with my new tires ready to pick the kids up from daycare. Service was truly exceptional and worth every penny. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Cleveland after this experience.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My car and my husband's truck is always serviced here. We've been coming to Firestone for 15 years. Never had any problems. Great customer service!

Took my car in the morning for the care package. The service was completed by noon. Nick showed excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with my service today.
I received very courteous and timely service when I had an emergency need for a tire repair. They thought it would be several hours before they could repair the tire, but they made it happen in under an hour and got me back on the road.
Nick was a great help - came in with a nail in my tire and knew I was riding in low tread. Sold me a new set of tires (second set - this Firestone is my go to for tires!).
Alex explained what was going on with my vehicle in a very easy to understand manner. When I arrived he took me to the vehicle and showed me the damage. Alex was courteous and friendly. My overall experience was excellent.

Although I had an appointment, I felt the wait was a bit longer than I hoped for. They did find a problem that is pretty serious, yet it didn't cost an arm and a leg to fix. They're always very courteous and patient.
I've been coming to this Firestone for many,many years. Every one who works there is great. Nick was the best,got me in and out quickly with a smile. This is the Firestone I remember. Keep up the good work.
I stopped by without an appt because my new tires (installed today at a different Firestone location) were having problems. Roger figured out that not only was one under inflated, but they also hadn't been balanced correctly (if at all). They got it all fixed and back on the road in about an hour.
I was easily able to get a brake evaluation and then schedule brake pads/rotors replacement. They did a great job and brakes feel amazing. Very nice customer service, professional, clean, nice waiting room, etc. I will definitely use them again.
I got a flat tire in the evening and when I called first thing in the morning they were happy for me to bring my car in. They were able to quickly source my car’s fairly rare tires within a couple hours and had me sorted by the afternoon. Everyone on the team was super friendly, too.
I wouldn’t recommend, I explained all issues and they “couldn’t repeat issues” even though it’s all the time. 3-4 min could have diagnosed these in the parking lot. But they did repair the some things, but next day I had to bring it back for the belt. Which could have been avoided if mechanic actually tried to look at the vehicle and listen to problems. Desk guy was nice enough to take off extra fees because looking at the car should have been done first day by mechanic. I was lucky for car to break close by, this would have been very expensive venture.
Got a flat when I was visiting Cleveland for the night. Another Firestone said they would “try their best” to get me in but I could tell he was not interested. So I called this location and they were very nice and helpful. They told me to bring it over and they’d do their best to get it done so I could get home that night. They were done in 2 hours… They turned what was a terrible situation into no problem. I got my tire and was able to get home that night.
