They damaged my rear tires i took a picture and put it on the website. I called them also and still haven’t heard back from them. I still have my old tires in my car just in case anything happens. I understand they have a job to do but you should handle peoples cars better Update: they got back to me but said that my tire was already damaged which i would’ve known if something was wrong with my tire or i would’ve got new ones. When they put it up there they did that my car was riding smooth before they took it but after it was bumpy it was my tires i don’t think just driving could do that to a tire obviously something was wrapped around it or drugged

My property wasn't repossessed, but when you came and picked up a vehicle across from mmy home, your driver ran through my treelawn and dug up the corner of it. How rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. And I can't even call to complain because you never answer your phone.

On May 21, 2024 my car was repossessed from my home. This company did the repossession and never reported it to the correct authorities or to my lending company. When I went to get my property, I had items missing such as a Nintendo switch and some money. I had to go online and file a complaint. Over a week later then I hear back from a complaint officer named Marc who said they didn’t inventory it so it wasn’t there after I explained it was under the seats. I have not had help getting my items back at all.

They waited till 1 in the morning to get my car and they dragged it out of my driveway woke me my wife and my three kids up I had the conformation number where I paid it and all they said was I should of paid my bills I told them why wouldn’t I make my payments when my car almost paid off this place is a joke the place looks like it should be in the hill has eye ran down it seem like they don’t know how to run a business unless you use the website there was a miscommunication between my finance company and i and they couldn’t do it during normal business hours so we could straighten it out with the finance company they wouldn’t give me there names the dude with glasses was unprofessional and talking down on people and acting like there better I don’t care if they have a job to do or not if they have a job they should be more professional about it.

No one is available to speak with, the website is not allowing me to make an appointment date, the fees are not disclosed and the fee for going to get a work badge out of the vehicle is $50, I believe they are not accessible so that they can charge a daily fee. I was trying to retrieve the vehicle yesterday but no one was available ALL DAY!!

I don't like how I am not able to get my belongings from the vehicle in a timely manner. I have my children's carseats and all of my money and ID cards in there. I have to wait the whole weekend to schedule an appointment. I know they won't get everything out of my car either. That was my family car. Diaper bag, diapers, baby clothes, work bag, grocery, and everything are inside. Keep the car, but let me come get my things as soon as I find out. UPDATE: they did not get everything out, as predicted. They should include pictures of what's in the vehicle and send them to people. A visual might help people know what mighr missing or still in the car.

professionalism of employees is deplorable. If you supposedly closed at 3 say so instead of online saying 4. Yes I locked my car remotely so they couldn’t get in it and they “got back” at me at pick by messing with all my settings. I don’t need your mouth running I just need my car. they definitely don’t need to be adjusting seats just to move it around a corner and some people prefer you don’t put your nasty hands on their paint and slam their doors!

They are trash, garbage, what gives them the right to trash private property ? 10:30 pm last night they backed their garbage truck across my custom walkway, and lawn which had new main replaced by the city. All to repo the car nextdoor , he refused to leave after several requests and when I asked what he planned on doing about the grass he drove away. This bottom feeder is trash. Keep a eye they care about nothing and no one but the dollar.

I thought the process was gonna be a bit crazy but Dave the owner and my husband have known each other for years, they happen to see each other as I was waiting for my car, just saying this owner Extremely great. The person that helped me was very nice but there was a woman that tried to lock my mom and her van inside the gate and was very rude and belligerent when my mom was just trying to tell her that I was inside and would be out to drive the van out of the gate. She said she didn't see her but she looked right at her and with my mom being unable to walk, she couldn't switch seats to drive the car out of the gate. The woman said she has to lock the gate because she was the last one out but obviously she was not since my mom and her van was still inside and I was still inside being taken care of to get my personal property.

My car was fine, my belongings were there. Everyone was nice. Sucks I have to get repo’d in order to deal with their business. But, they’re just fine. Wish they stayed open a little later, that’s really my only complaint.

Sure. I'll bite. I woke up last Friday carless and confused. Error in my title following a lease buy-out last year invalidated my loan contract. I set about getting my property back. You won't reach anyone by phone. Don't try. You can go to their website and make an appointment to communicate via text. It starts as an automated service but there are actual people that respond. They don't say much, but they tell you enough, and the fact that they communicate is good enough. I had a good pick-up experience. The front desk lady was actually unusually compassionate. No damage was done to my vehicle. I understand why people are eager to leave 1 star reviews for companies that deal with this kind of situation, but I'm happy (fortunate) to be leaving a 5 star. I can only hope that if you have to deal with them, your experience is as reasonable as mine was.

The people that work at this company are thieves. If you leave your car with this company expect things to come up missing. I'll never refer this business to anyone..not even my worse enemy. It's garbage. They stole things they can't even do anything with. I hate people who take things that do no belong to them. Everybody at relentless recovery are thieves or condone thievery which is just as bad.

I run a small buy here pay here dealership, and we use this company for our repos now since they are the only ones who actually give good consistent updates and actually find the cars. Easy to work with, great customer service not just to us, but to our customers. I wish we didn't need companies like this, but unfortunately some people don't care to pay their bills or communicate!

So inconvenient they only make appointments by text messages and you have to wait seven days to get your car and property. They only can get your property which is stupid. After all this time waiting. This is so inconvenient when you trying to get this done. Now after all this time wasted I can’t even get my car out . Don’t lease from enterprise they are.a joke. Everything is a business this is a cycle. Plus I paid early just for this won’t happen.

They break things you leave in your vehicle and when you make a claim they said it was broken before they got the property. Or don't even fully clean it out, and just blame it on their volume of cars. Or say it was a stock part, when In fact it was not. They think that people fall on hard times won't get their stuff back, so they destroy it and they say they didn't break it. Even if you have pictures to prove otherwise. Called the BBB and the state attorney generals office.

I can't be mad about my car being repoed. I can't be mad at these guys for doing their job. All in all they were very nice from the tow guy to the runner of the lot. No damage to vehicle and nothing missing. They are running a good company as long as you as you are polite.

Took everything out of my center console when I went in and asked about that and missing change and money from said center console I was told they take everything out to take pictures and document but when I asked to see them then they directed me to a number that I later realized she is the one who answers phone. They also forged my signature cause I never signed any paper work, but I was emailed all these documents with a fake signature on them which is really messed up!! Forgery

Incompetent and Useless Staff. The ladies were literally snap chating and browsing Instagram. I couldn't get help for 20 minutes straight. I'll never in my life use this service again!

Avoid at all cost They tamper with your fluids low oil light is on now my coolant has been drained my differential fluid has been drained as well and upon getting it back my right front wheel shakes they damaged your car intentionally as you can see i have documented paperwork showing the condition b4 it was in their custody

Obviously it's not their fault my vehicle was on a list to be taken as inconvenient as it was to walk out to go to work and find my car missing. My issue is that was at 7am. I've been attempting all day to reach someone to get my car and belongings back. No answer any time I called. Apparently its appointment only to do anything. So I scheduled appointment but it was never confirmed then they canceled it. I rescheduled, still no confirmation and no answer on phone. How is this business run and can I get my car and stuff back? It's now 410 and the place is closed. I better not be responsible for any day charges when it's the business not doing their job to let me come get it

The receptionist was so rude. Her attitude was so nasty and unprofessional...you would think it was her car that got retained. When i came to get my belongings...she had someone help her because i had 3 large boxes due to the fact they took my car in the midst of moving into my new house. When they bought my things to my other car. The girl with the headwrap was trying to help me by handing me by bag. The rude receptionists told her just put it down. I said thank you and neither of them said anything. And when i noticed some items missing i went back inside and ask nicely for her to double check and again nasty, smart mouth and rude for no reason. This place is notorious for terrible customer service and they treat your car and belongings like trash.

Very personable. No matter the situation of why you are there, they treat you with respect. I desperately needed to retrieve my belongings after a repossession because the dog collars from both of my dogs who passed away were in that car. A bad situation turned into a positive by their compassionate customer service.

My car was taken...my own fault. I went to get my belongings and they already had everything boxed up. However they only gave me half of my items that were in my arm rest. They failed to give me a whole lot of change that I had in there and they did not give me an LG phone that was in there but they gave me everything else. I filled out an online complaint but still haven't heard from anyone. They're THIEVES.

I would give 5 stars but it took me 4 days to find out where my car was & they didn't notify the local police department about the repo, so i thought my car was stolen all weekend! But I will say they didn't take a penny out my change and everything even loose $ bills were put in a box until I could get it back. They are only opened 2 days a week by appt which is inconvenient. I'm amazed they got the necklace wrapped around the rearview mirror in knots off AND untangled without cutting or breaking it. They were quick & polite at the car lot when I retrieved my vehicle and I have no complaints about their service. They have a decent reputable business which in that line of work is rare to find! Thank you!

I filed bankruptcy in October 2019 and I expected the finance company to come to collect the car. They didn't come for it and I let my granddaughter use the car last night. Relentless repoed the car sometime during the night. I advised them that my great-grandson's car seat and stroller were in the car and I cannot transport him without it. They insisted that I get my possessions tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. I cannot take him home without his carseat. It will only take me a minute to get my possessions. Why are they making it so difficult to do something that they MUST do? It's illegal for me to take him without a carseat. I hop and pray that none of their employees has to go through what they've put me through!

He was there within 10 minutes of me calling. My steering wheel was locked up and my ignition wouldn't work so i couldn't put it in neutral. He knew exactly what to do in about no time at all after tampering with the interior of the steering wheel. He was still able to do a bang up job at the cheapest price I've ever had.
