People that work here go drive off a cliff. This place is filled with a bunch of liars. They tell you one thing that when you get there it doesn't happen and then they Jack the price up by a couple hundred dollars. This is the worst location I've ever gone to do not go here. The owner needs to get involved in this place and shut it down or fire everybody that works there. Call yourselves professional

Knowledgeable and detail oriented. The team has patched tires for me, tracked down parts and done great maintenance for me a number of times. They will also be honest and tell you when not to do something. Highly recommended.

Jon did a great job diagnosing how to fix my front tire that hit a curb and tore.They were efficient and got me back on the road in record time. I highly recommend this establishment!

Honestly customer service at this location has gone downhill over the past few years so I rarely go there anymore (it used to be great when AJ was at the counter). I had an appointment for Suredrive tires to be installed. Vendetta found the quote in the system and made their appointment. About a week later Jonathan helped me reschedule the appointment due to a conflict I had. Somehow the new appointment date reflected Weathergrip tires, which had been previously quoted, versus the Suredrive tires which I opted for. When I returned to the store late in the day, after having my car there since 8:30, they told me I had to pay for the Weathergrips or wait for 2 hours for them to put the Suredrive on. I was unable to wait, after waiting all day, so I told them since it’s their error they should just charge me for the Suredrive tires. The manager, Jonathan, said no and that I had to come back the following day. I called the regional mgr who agreed with me. Shouldn’t have had to call him.

I needed an oil change really bad and I found out I needed two new tires as well. They were really busy but still got me in and taken care of. Stayed a little later to get my new tires installed. Thank you guys so much!

Good afternoon. My name is Ron English and this will be a long one so bear with me. My 78 year old mother took her car to this Firestone in Cleveland Heights last Wednesday, November 26th around 3pm. Her front passenger tire was reading at a 19psi. The other three tires were at 37. She was told by an employee that the loss in pressure was probably due to the cold temperatures even though none of the other tires lost any pressure. They put air in her tire and sent my mother on her way. Now I don't know about y'all but I've never had a tire drop that significantly due to cold weather, I've lost 6-8 psi's but not 18. My mother drives home to her house in Cleveland Heights and doesn't leave her house again until Saturday, November 29th around 10am. When she got in her car, the pressure in that front passenger tire was down to 1psi. She took her car back to Firestone. She explained the situation, they said they'd take her car and check it out. I picked her up around 11:30am that morning. At 3pm, when she hadn't heard from them, she gave them a call and they said they were putting it on the lift momentarily. She didn't hear from them for the rest of that day. The next morning (Sunday), she had errands to run so we got her a rental car from Avis. She NEVER heard from anyone at Firestone on Sunday, even though they were open from 9-5. Monday morning, she gave them a call and they were checking on her car then but they didn't have the proper equipment to take her tire off (she drives a 2024 Mercedes C300). Once they found a way to remove the tire, they quickly deduced that she needed a new tire. We picked her car up around 4pm yesterday and they charged her over $200 for the tire. Buying the tire isn't the issue. IF the employee(s) did their due diligence Wednesday afternoon, my mother would not have had to rent a car period. I will do my best to make sure none of my family or friends EVER use this establishment again.

Jon was great to get me in when he had multiple appointments and stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I am so thankful for his great service. David did an excellent job on my car. Richard and Marcus also have been doing great work. They all were very helpful during a busy time of the year to get the job done well. Amazing experience and excellent service all around. I will be back for my next tire servicing. Thank you!

Made an 11 o'clock am appointment to have three tires put on didn't leave till almost 5 pm. Was told car was in the garage when it had been pulled behind the building and not even started on. Then after several conversations with employees finally started in the car only to be told I was lucky to have been seen that day!! What's the point in making an appointment to be serviced the next day?!?!?

I made an appointment for oil change, dropped my car off at 11 am and mentioned i would pick up my car at 2 pm. I found my car parked at the same spot, thought it was just a coincidence, walked in to pick up my car. Turned out they didnt do everything with my car....and asked if I still would like to change oil, if so, they would do it now. WHEN THEY HAVE 3 HRS TO DO IT...BUT DIDN'T DO IT???? What a nice service...

This was my first visit to this Firestone store as we had recently moved into the area. I made my 8 AM appt for Nov 14 on Nov 12 and indicated I wanted the car done in the afternoon. I arrived on time for an oil change and brake check. I did not get any status info until approximately 2 PM. The service tech called and went over the results of the vehicle inspection. No mention was made of the condition of the brakes. When I asked about that, he hesitantly said he would check. He called back and said I needed to have new rotors/pads installed on the rear. I authorized the brake work but didn't receive any further status updates until approx 6:55, or 5 minutes before their closing time of 7PM. We felt very rushed to pick up the car in the few minutes remaining before their closing time. I expected that since I had an appointment, and the expected repairs would be an everyday repair for them, they would get it done in a timely manner. They didn't. And very poor communication

Absolute worst car service experience i’ve had in my life. Dropped my car off at 10 am for a scheduled vehicle inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and engine filter change and was told my vehicle would be finished at 2-3 pm since they were backed up. No call from them until 4 pm where I was quoted over 2k for recommended services which I declined. I asked when my car would be finished to which they just replied “they’re still working on it”. I ended up just going into the service center and waiting until almost closing to which I told the worker to just give me my car back and not do any of the services they haven’t done. The worker apologized for the wait but mainly just blamed whoever I spoke to when I dropped off my car for not giving me an accurate time estimate. They ended up charging me $80 for an oil change and $100 to get my wipers changed. Absolute robbery. They also did not rotate my tires even though they said they did (I had my tires marked to check if they did). The worker even said he would take off the tire rotation from my bill but they didn’t even do it in the first place :| Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had gone to a different Firestone for a tire leak. They supposedly fixed the tire, but the next day the tire was flat. I called Firestone of Cleveland Heights and received an appt for next day. My tire had to be replaced because it could not be repaired twice for the same problem. This Firestone Staff diagnosed the issue, communicated with me in a timely manner and replaced the tire without incident. I was grateful that the tire issue was resolved. The staff was respectful, they answer your call without long holds when you call and the Intake Lady makes you fell welcomed when you enter the store. Totally different experience from the previous Firestone. I would return for service to this location in the future and would be willing to refer to my family/friends.

I’ve taken my cars here for 5 years and always have a great experience. Jonathan is always so helpful and I trust them all completely with everything my car needs.

They were hands down very hospitable and took very good care of my car and explained everything to me that I needed know and if they couldn’t do something they were honest about that as well I recommend them 100%

I encountered a kind young lady at the Cedar Store...Valet Frazier is an amazing person. She was kind and understanding. Her attitude was exemplary. She explained everything in a way I could understand. I had to do this survey so that you all know what a wonderful employee we have.

WONDERFUL CREW AND SERVICE! We were out of town, busted two tires and rims on an East Cleveland pothole. They got us in and finished the same day after we got ahold of the parts. Wonderful service and much appreciated!

Friendly staff and great service . Front desk attendant kept me informed about my car as much as possible . I had my young children with me and she was really nice to them . I appreciated the kindness . One technician gave us a tour while we waited . Overall great service and great work .

Came into town to see the Murakami exhibit at the Cleveland museum. An hour before entering the city my battery indicator came up on the dash. I was able to get into the city without issue & Google recommended I come here so I did & im glad I did. At a time where it’s typically super busy on the weekends I was able to get my alternator switched out before closing. Thanks to Jonathan at Firestone he was more than helpful to not only me but others as well I would see come in for service check ups. They saved my visit & was able to still enjoy my weekend & see what Cleveland had to offer. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Really good service & I’m so appreciative of Firestone & the good crew they have over there.

I received a scheduled service from this location. That was good. However, as a result of the service that was performed, something else within the vehicle was disturbed and started not functioning. This was functioning and was not an issue prior to initially coming in for the scheduled service. I called the Location and informed them of what I was experiencing with the vehicle and informed them that I had just left and needed to turn right back around to have them take a look at this newfound Issue that I was experiencing. However, upon immediately returning with the vehicle and walking into the storefront, the service became insulting, condescending and unprofessional. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and as a result, my immediate family and our 5+ personal cars will be taking our business elsewhere. What I believe could have been done differently to prevent this review is had the mechanic simply stated that he would take a look to diagnose the car with his eyes and or with the tools at his disposal, and provide an answer to a remedy before insinuating that I was lying and that my $68,000 vehicle was crap.

I called to say I had a nail in my tire which was causing a leak. I was hoping they could remove and plug it. The manager said he was extremely short-staffed and he couldn't make any guarantee about a quick turn-around. It was my only day off to take care of this so I asked when would be the most convenient time for him if I were to drop it off. He suggested 2:30. I left my vehicle and went to Starbucks to do some computer work. My tire was fixed within an hour, and they did a complimentary inspection of my car to let me know what else needed attention. I've used this Firestone since moving to Cleveland decades ago. The service is always professional, reasonably affordable, and friendly. I really appreciate the team there <3 Sara

Firestone did their inspection, checked the oil left dip stick partially out, left top off windshield washer fluid, and my car been change. oil. Firestone owe ne an oil chane. After Firestone on Cedar does an inspection, you better do one also. To make sure your car is right and not jacked up. Oil spilled in my drive only after inspection at Firestone. I was away, and my wife said she smelled something like oil burning she was right. What a jacked up situation.

Had a great experience here this morning. I came in around 9am to get a tire patched after picking up a nail, and was told the car likely wouldn’t be ready until the early evening—which I totally understood given how busy they seemed. To my surprise, I got a call about an hour later saying it was all done and ready for pickup! Super quick turnaround, great customer service, and just an overall pleasant experience. Really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!
