We had cracked our rim and our car was disabled in the middle of a snow storm. Hiram took good care of us on the phone and got someone to us in 15 minutes. Ray towed our car and was super pleasant and nice. Will definitely save their number in case we need a tow again!

My car had some electrical issues and power steering along with other things so couldn't drive it. Called them and they were able to help within the hour to get the car towed to the dealer so I could get it repaired. Also was responsive and helpful when I asked for paperwork that I needed. Nice guys and got the job done well!
We were luckily stranded at a gas station. The gentleman arrived within an hour and was very courteous. Took me to a different location, other than initially discussed due to auto store gate closed. Very polite would highly recommend.
After being told I’d have to wait 4 hours for triple A I called Charles and he came and picked me up in 20 minutes! He helped us haul away my son's old car. In the process my son forget to get his school parking pass. Hiram went above and beyond to get the parking pass back for him. He was super friendly and kind.
Needed my car towed to a repair shop. Called Smithsons the guy who answered gave me a great price and time he would arrive. Arrived on schedule got my vehicle out of my driveway in minutes. Also sent a text with a picture of my vehicle at the repair shop. Great guys and great company!!

My grandmother's car broke down during heavy snow unexpectedly. A good Samaritan sat with my grandma until luck had it a Smithsons Towing truck came down the same street she had been having car troubles on and stopped to help. The worker was an amazing gentleman who loaded the car quickly. He was respectful and well-mannered, providing great assistance with a tow in a time of need out of nowhere. We greatly appreciate the work done and will be recommending the company to many.Five stars for sure.
So today I had an issue with my car where the engine blew and I called smithson's towing and these guys was at my house and 22 minutes from the time that I called them. When you talk about customer satisfaction they went above and beyond my expectations to get this car out of my driveway. They were courteous, polite, professional, knowledgeable and the communication skills was phenomenal from the time I called them so the point of them actually picking up the vehicle. I strongly recommend this service to anyone. Not to mention they have a wide range of service that they offer. Not only do they do towing's, but they also do jump starts, lockouts and just a lot of other things. So if you are in need of any of the service I mentioned give them a call.
