Would give zero stars if I could. Make sure you have full coverage on your vehicles. I used K&M towing to winch out my vehicle from a ditch, and they completely destroyed my Passenger quarter panel and rear bumper when winching it out. They refused to payout the damages, which costed me over $3000 to fix at the body shop. The owner is rude, and refuses to take responsibility for his workers mistakes.
Thank you Kevin for saving the day. Brought us a new battery 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere and got us going again. Even made sure everything was working properly. Great service and the price was amazing! Very satisfied with the service.
Be aware and be carefull . This towing company has spotters at different location working for them as employees. They are being investigated for charging extra $$$.
I was able call they were there in 45 minutes (mine wasn't an emergency tow but yet they ran to me). Dwayne was great he is a "real" guy. Willing to listen to my ear full of drama why I needed the tow, and communicated. Car was safe and sound and he even backed it into my garage. K&M towing Dwayne is a key player. You'll have a customer next time i need you. Hopefully, not anytime soon. Thank you for the great customer service and communication
Car was towed from my paid spot. My pass was in the window. Car got towed anyway. When we got to the lot the owner could see the pass in the window and let me have my car back with no charge. Would get a 1 star for the mess but gave 3 stars because they were at least stand up and honest in the long run; which these days is rare.
Very patient while requesting a quote and very quick to complete the service. The way they communicated with me over the phone was very appreciated. I will definitely go back to this company when help is needed. Love kind people! Thank you for your service!
They towed our car because my daughter went to visit a friend. They laughed and said that the property did not show for visitor parking. So the company act as parents, and can tell who can visit whom? Both berea lakes and k &m are in cohoots and displayed horrible money hungry and grabbing tactics.. disgusting
This company is amazing. In the middle of the night he arrived quickly and got me into my car within minutes. Definitely will call again if I need any tow services.
Horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I called them because this company is supposed to tow cars that trespass on the property. I called for a tow because my neighbors visitors were blocking me in the driveway and they left. I actually had to call the police(who wasn’t of any help), who told me I still needed to wait on the tow. Apparently the neighbors called to have the tow CANCELLED (k&m let them without verifying any information) and the tow was NEVER company. I could not leave my property for 3 hours until the neighbors finally returned to move the car! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! Cleveland is sorry af.
This company is in charge of towing cars out of my apartment building. I have called multiple times to tell them lot is full of cars not supposed to be in lot, they never show up!!!
