I ordered some car parts from Nitro Parts and everything went smoothly. The parts were good quality, arrived quickly, and matched exactly what I needed. Their customer service was friendly and helpful too. I’ll definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others!
Ordered a fuel pump and a new ECU from them. Shipped only the fuel pump and was informed after reaching out to them that they didn't have the ECU and should have gotten contacted about it. Called multiple times to receive a refund for the ECU and they've done nothing to fix this for me. Don't order from here
Edit: Because they replied, I never received an email from them and called them three times over a month before initiating a charge back. I only disputed the charge for the ECU and not the fuel pump since I received it. Scummy business practices from nitro parts
Found part I needed on ebay. I own small Auto Body & Repair business and it was great day I found Nitro Parts. Never heard of Nitro before that. They are located 30 miles from my business so I picked up part myself. Nice, big and clean facility with friendly service. Used part was excellent quality at great price.
The worth company to deal with don’t buy any thing from them they are lie and they don’t have the part I order a tail gate and I ask it’s available and they send me pic for it after 14 days they come with different story this the worth thing please I advise any body do not buy from them
I’m very glad to have found these guys, there’s not many other businesses offering this type of service. They have a lot of German cars that they sell parts from and David was really nice to deal with. He personally removed the part I needed, I really didn’t expect this kind of service from a salvage yard usually you have to remove your own parts. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this shop to my friends.
If allowed a 0 star that's what would have been given and earned. I have reached out over half a dozen times regarding a part sold off of ebay that feel under warranty that was faulty( $1,800.00 part). After they agreed to warranty the part, I sent it back along with an additional with an additional core at my cost. After they received both parts, all communication stopped and i had to track them down to their real website and company name. Not the generic DAVNIK Auto parts they sell under on eBay. I called them , discussed the matter with the gentleman who answered the phone and after he would not connect me to a manager or owner, he did say they would take my information and I should receive a call back within the day. I will update this review as they make good on their word. I will even be happy to update the star status on how they resolve this major issue.

i recently visited nitro parts and had a great experience. their prices were great, and i even got to speak with the owner himself, who was incredibly helpful. all the workers were so kind and accommodating, and they even loaded the item into my car for me. highly recommend this place for anyone in need of auto parts!
I purchased a bumper from nitro parts and their service was awesome, the guys helped me put it in my car and were patient with me, they also gave me bubble wrap and some cardboard so it wouldn’t get scratched in the process. I would definitely buy from nitro parts again.
