Overall good experience. Very Friendly and seemed to take care of my car. She is rusty and old and I never like having her towed but I felt less anxious after seeing the care that went into handling my vehicle. Thanks!

My driver Denny was great. He communicated everything to me. He was on time. Made sure the truck was safely and securely unloaded. I would recommend him every time. He was polite and friendly about everything. I could not of asked for a better company in an emergency situation.

After waiting nearly 6 hours for a AAA tow truck to arrive we were forced to find other arrangements and called Interstate instead. Amazingly they arrived within 30-40 minutes and I cancelled the AAA tow truck. Incredibly disappointed with AAA but massively appreciative to Interstate.

They Towed my box truck based on my request. Without asking me for any upfront payment and they told me what it would cost me which was very reasonable and affordable. They delivered my truck to the most efficient mechanic in town and he started work on my truck immediately. I will recommend Interstate towing to you any day.

Worst ever. My car was towed here after I was rear ended. It’s been a nightmare trying to get t stuff out of my car (like my registration so I can sign a release with the police). I called twice to inquire about retrieving them. I was told (with relation to retrieving my items) that they were open 24/7. I get here, through much rigmarole, (they are 25 minutes away) there is no marked door. I have to wander around trying to find a door. Finally I call again and I’m told they won’t be here for another 30 (probably) because they’re doing a tow… I’m hoping you can follow the logic in this because I can’t. I called twice. They said they were open 24 hours…then the lady I speak with is rude. Don’t use them if you have a choice in the matter. ***bonus- I cleared everything out of my car, after they towed it, and $50 cash is missing from my glove box. This is my tip money that o use to take my little kids out for ice cream. ***

Husband blew a tire at 6:30 in the morning on his way to work, three miles from home. It was -13° out. I called and it was immediately answered. I was given a quote for 60 to 90 minutes until they get there. They're were there quickly and had him towed home before the 9o minutes were even up. Thank you so much. We also live on a very tight street. The driver excelled with all maneuverability. Excellent company, great employees, and I will never use another towing company.

2° outside on a Saturday morning..fuel filter plugged on the side of rt 71 in Cleveland. Within 4 hours Dilbert had me on the road. Great reliable service. Fair price on the road call. Use these guys !

Wow best most reasonable priced shop. Got my truck and loaded trailer with 45000lbs towed for 13 miles for 750. Alot of tow companies would have charged 750 just for the bobtail truck by itself. Appreciate it!

Dispatch and the driver were excellent. When I got the picture that's when I seen that 3 lug nuts were missing from my front tire. Couldn't bend down to look when my tire was wobbling cause I had hip replacement. So the pictures helped tremendously.

I needed a jump after moving the entire day. it was already a stressful day. Being stuck added to the day on top of trying to pack 2 adults, 3 dogs and miscellaneous items into a jeep on a freezing night, was an overwhelming task but the customer service I received over the phone was great as well in person! They were professional and helpful in a night that I was freezing in my semi truck, they took care of it and gave me a ride to a warm hotel. I am thankful for their service and professionalism. The only problem is poor coordination between the office and mechanics. My truck was parked there for four days before they can change only the fuel filter.

My jeep went in a very deep ditch maybe 6 ft deep, at the bottom of a very big hill! When I finally stopped and we were in the ditch the jeep fell on the passenger side breaking its side view mirror. The road had lots of hard snowy icy conditions coming down fast!!!!! Terrible road conditions not plowed on my side of the road yet. The expert tow service man took a lot of time making sure he got my jeep out COMPLETELY WITHOUT A SCRATCH OR DENT!!!!! He took the time he needed to carefully remove the jeep without incident and I could drive it myself to the Jeep Dealership!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR BEING EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!! I’m so grateful my friend recommended and called them for me and the driver arrived in a really timely manner!!!!! Thank you so much for an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! I didn’t think to take photos but the driver did!!!! I haven’t received a price yet.

Great, professional service! The man who handled my NA Miata this Sunday was very knowledgeable with his truck and I had full confidence in his ability to tow my car safely and efficiently. He was very kind and showed up earlier than expected despite it raining that day. The price was very reasonable and I will be contacting this company in the future for any towing needs!
