I work for a builder (Payne & Payne) here in Northeast Ohio and I can’t say enough about Miles. We use plenty of their dumpsters and they are prompt when asked to swap or bring new.

They were supposed to pick up dumpster a week ago and still hasn’t. We have called. They said short staffed and will get to when they can. It’s blocking garage and in our way . We want it removed - very unprofessional

My sister and I were at Norcia's Bakery today and I opted to stay in the car. The Mile's truck pulled up and the driver hopped out and on his way to the door (from across the street) he picked up EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF TRASH OFF THE GROUND and threw it away!!! That's the kind of people the world needs more of!!! Thank you sir for being an amazing person!!!
I called miles waste and disposal and same day dumpster was dropped off in my driveway so we could empty a house we lived in for thirty years! You can not beat this service in today’s world!! This is the best waste disposal company in greater Cleveland!
