Rick and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Stuck out of town four hours away from home and a getting a flat tire. Ricky and his team were able to schedule me and sell four new tires in no time with a very fair price. Great customer service. It is was great service and great people to work with. Thank you.

I stopped in here to find out what was wrong with my car and get a front end alignment. They diagnosed it as needing new wheel bearings. After getting my car back the first time, the brake lights were on and I had to take it back, they finally fixed it. The next day driving home from work, my car was making the same sound they diagnosed as needing new wheel bearings. (total was over $700). They also replaced some parts that were put on my car two years ago, claiming they were defective, even though they weren't causing a problem. I just took my car to another place for the same problem, the parts are about $60 for 2 and don't necessarily need to be replaced right now. Found out how they got the brake light to go off, the removed the working parts of the emergency brake.

The reviews are true. Awesome service at a great price. They replaced my tire first thing in the morning so I could be at work on time. Also fixed a window issue they noticed. They truly care about their customers and I'm so glad I stopped in!

Unexpected detour off freeway to this tire shop, what an unexpected pleasant surprise of great service, professionalism and kindness!! The employees here made a rental car nightmare tolerable. They took our vehicle in straightaway and repaired several tire "leaks" quickly getting us safely underway without too much delay. Norman’s was great. We were on our way to visit family for the holidays and got a major flat on the freeway. As soon as we got into the shop, they looked at our car right away and we’re able to get us in their shop for a new tire. Really appreciate their speedy and quality service. I was traveling through the area on the expressway when I got a flat tire. I've never been to Cleveland Ohio, I've never needed a repair on my car before and I was alone this past Saturday and scared as all get out. I was able to get a donut tire on my car but I had 8 more hours to travel and it would have been impossible for me. The car shop was closing in 1 hour and Frankie still took me in and helped me with getting a new tire. I also want to give kudos to the guy who did the replacement I didn't catch his name but he was ultra polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

On my way from Columbus to purchase my new car my brothers car started making a grinding noise and shaking when he hit the brakes. So while I was buying my new Infiniti they did a brake job on the car and we got a great deal plus they gave us an oil change as a courtesy since we were buying a car and getting service on another car. I highly recommend Normans for anything to do with cars. Great service and pricing. Everyone we dealt with there was so nice and respectful.

I needed my brakes done badly and a few other things and Aj the manager fit me in the schedule when they were so busy and got my work done and my GMC Acadia hasn’t felt this good since I first bought my baby. I highly recommend Norman’s and is now my family’s go to for anything dealing with cars. Side note they sell cars now and we purchased a 2014 Ford Focus for my niece and she got a really good deal and Aj was able to get her financed. Great place, Great service and great people.

Called AJ the manager at Normans for tires for my Dodge Ram. I wanted a more aggressive looking tread so he took his time and sent me multiple options with pricing. Special order tires installed next day what more could you want. Truck looks great!

I’ve maintained my vehicle at Norman discount tires for years they do exceptional work for reasonable prices. I’ve been able to get lots of life out of my truck because of these guys. The man that runs the show AJ is a great guy and will take great care of you and your vehicle! Honest, Quality, reliable are few words to describe this place of business!

Amazing service every time. Whether the repair is big or small, this place makes sure it’s done right. They are very honest and will make things right if they make a mistake or take longer than expected for your repairs. I was given a discounted price on an oil change plus free windshield wiper blades when it took them longer than expected. Not only that, but the owner himself brought me back to my apartment after informing me the repairs I needed were going to take longer than expected. He also offered to pick me up and bring me back to my car when it was ready. You can’t beat these prices and the service! That being said, this is the only shop I will bring my car to!

Very good man AJ. He always takes care of me and my family. Very fair and his mechanic Frank is excellent, he figured out a problem with my car 4 other mechanic’s couldn’t figure out how to fix. This is the best mechanic garage in Cleveland. I tell everyone to go there. Plus they have Spanish speaking people working there too. Great shop!

Thanks to the latest stimulus I was finally able to dump some money into my car. It was nice seeing it in my bank for a little while 😭☺️ A necessary and worthwhile expense though — new tires, a tuneup, and an oil change. AJ was super professional and awesome. I had a cracked rim (thanks Cleveland weather and those two enormous potholes I hit over the winter) and he found a great used one at a local junkyard and they even picked it up for me. My car is running smoothly now, no wobbling or rattling— such a relief to have this work done and out of the way. I’ll be going back here when I need service in the future. A+ experience.

My car died right in front of their shop. They had me back on the road in a hour and a half with a new alternator at an amazingly great price!!! I found a new place to take my car for all of its repairs !!! Thanks you, Steve, and his guys for turning the bad start to my day into a good one all things considered!!

I seldom write reviews, but I must say I am very impressed with Norman’s. I just moved this week from Milwaukee -- and I needed tires before the first big snow storm and of course I was terrified not knowing which auto repair shop would giving me honest, solid work... After checking Google, I went with Norman’s which was the best decision. He found reliable tires on sale, the shop manager drove me home while they worked on my vehicle, plus they had all the work completed before i had to go in to work. I highly recommend their shop!

I recently purchased 4 new tires and an oil change and had my front struts and tie rods replaced. Price was almost $200 less than 2 other repair shops estimates. Aj the manager gave me a ride home while they worked on my car and picked me up when they finished. I highly recommend Norman’s, they’re fair with their pricing and treat you with respect.

I stopped in this location because of the large sign that said, “GOODYEAR”. I assumed it was a Goodyear shop which was just what I needed being that my tire had a leak and Goodyear patches tires free of charge. The guys quickly pulled my car in. I waited for maybe 30 min before a gentleman called me back to explain something that I’d need to get fixed but not right then. I thought that was very thorough of him and nice that he showed me and explained the best he could. I went back to waiting for maybe 15 more min. When I went to the counter to inquire about the timeframe, I was told it would be $27.00. I wasn’t expecting that but didn’t say anything and was fine being that I made the assumption and was wrong about the company I chose to go in to. The problem I have is this. I was NEVER asked whether or not I wanted the tire to be fixed. Had they informed me that it would be 27$ I would have just gone to an actual Goodyear facility. The real problem I have however is that once I went to leave later that evening, my tire was flat! I couldn’t get anyone to stop and fill my tire until late last night. I planned to return today to get this problem remedied or request my money back. Unfortunately, this is a shop that doesn’t open on Saturday or Sunday!!! So, now I’m stuck waiting if I want to return to those responsible for the failed “repair”. It’s beyond frustrating and I have chosen to simply take this as a loss and go to Goodyear who actually can repair tires and do so at no cost. Thankfully, my losses with this company were minimal and the loss is theirs as I won’t be returning as a customer.

Very nice guys at this shop and they know their cars and explained and educated me on what they repaired for me. Great prices and even gave me a ride to and from work while they worked on my car. Highly recommend Norman's and AJ is very easy to deal with.

I’ve been to plenty of tire shops in the area and none of them were more knowledgeable and selfless in helping someone who is completely clueless in the automotive industry. Along comes AJ and he goes above and beyond to explain and get me the deal of my life on tires, helping answer a lot of questions he did not have to. I wish there was a two thumbs up review 👍🏻👍🏻 I will definitely be back and so will all my friends and family. Highly recommended Thanks for being selfless and caring when you didn’t have to.

Best place for getting car fixed. Just used their $50 off brake special and got nice low price on brake job. AJ the manager and the mechanics know their cars and are so cool. They also speak Spanish so that's a plus. Me and family only going to Normans from now on. I recommend everyone i know to go there.

Awesome service and employees. I called for an estimate on brakes, oil change, and an alignment. AJ who took my call was so nice and accommodating, he actually drove me home while they worked on my car and picked me up when it was finished. The pricing was very fair and I’m extremely satisfied with the work I got done. Brakes work perfectly and it’s driving straight.
