After making several phone call's around the city inquiring about a rim for my car. No one either had one in my size or didn't take the time to end the search. Oksana was very pleasant patient and helpful answering all questions and guiding me in the right direction. I was able to take a picture of my tier and she was able to work her magic with finding exactly what I needed and at an affordable price. Thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate it and will be passing the good word along.
I see that this company doesn't like money. Called yesterday at 11:58 am for a part they had. Lady said she would call me back and I confirmed that she had my number to call back and she said yes. I'll call you shortly. Thanks. It's Sunday at 10am now. No call back. They're not open until Monday and I needed the part yesterday. I'll take my business elsewhere. Probably one of their competitors nearby because I'm that petty. I know it's Sunday but if you call me today on Sunday and I can come get the part I need today, we can reverse this review. I feel like that's a reasonable deal.

Horrible customer, service, and customer relations. Spent a week back-and-forth on the phone. Trying to confirm that they actually had a part. They listed for sale online after four or five days of back-and-forth. I finally got a confirmation they had the part yet. They said it was damaged and they would send me a picture to confirm whether or not it would suit my needs. After to follow up calls and three days waiting for the picture I called and the owner told me that they do over $1 million a month in business up and he’s doesn’t care if I ever get my part.
Buyer beware.... Traveled over an hour to purchase parts and when we got back to our shop discovered a hole in the valve cover we purchased. Called to speak to someone a couple times about a refund but "the manager" wouldn't return our calls. Negative 5 stars
Horrible place to get parts they refused to give me my money back. I went to three different mechanics and they wouldn't put the parts on because they said it was too bad and it wasn't gonna last long. They take people's money first then you have to wait for the parts to be ready. First and last time coming here.
Said they would sell parts that I needed got there and then said they didn't want to take parts off of the car so why not tell me that when I called instead of telling me after I drove a hour to get there
Awesome people, family owned & operated, usually can help you find any part you need. Without giving out too many details I'm pretty much always there.
