During our recent storm, my car battery died. I phoned Battery Empire and received a return call within less than 30 minutes! Michael was extremely pleasant and helpful. When I met him in person his demeanor was the same. He provided me with honest answers, a fair price, and great service. It is such a blessing to know that great customer service is still the fabric of many companies today!
Bought a battery from there about 2.5 years ago 850cca 65 series had it tested said it was bad took it up to battery empire they checked it again was told my battery only had a year warranty and could pro rate it for $70 off a new one with 800 cca and a 4 year warranty wich is what I thought I had as id never by a battery with a 1 year warranty. People seemed nice hopefully an error in the system or something but either way 2.5 years for a $200 battery is terrible
In and out in 15 minutes, didn’t have an appointment. My car died in the parking lot and the man at the front desk jumped it so I could move it to the garage area. Great service would recommend.
I just came in there 45 mins ago to exchange a dead battery you sold me yesterday.
You took out a new battery, hooked it up to a voltmeter and it read 11.8. Assuming that meant it was good enough, I brought it home. (After this failure I looked up with correct readings should be.)
I put it into the scooter and could immediately tell that battery wasn’t fully charged. The battery didn’t even power on the lights on the scooter.
I’m not coming back. I’m reversing the charge on the credit card. I’ve made two trips to your store and you screwed me twice. This is why we go to big name vendors and pay the extra amount.
I don't know if the guy works there or he's the owner, but he's definitely got a new customer for life. I called three places before him and they all had different prices or low stock. I needed two batteries for a freightliner. He helped me get the best possible price and had them ready and waiting for me. He's a good guy that actually likes to help people instead of being a miserable prick. I respect that. Any battery I need for any vehicle I own will be through this place only.
Haven't bought a battery anywhere else for over 20 years. Never a problem. Second generation family owned business. Mike Jr. runs it just like his dad did. Good people.
My battery was dead. My friend gave me a jump and showed me where battery empire was at I was in and out very friendly customer service, fair price for installation and removal of my battery. So now I have a new battery place to refer others. guarantee six months on a Used battery.

They have a really good price on Harley Davidson Street Glide Batteries. I will adjust my review if the battery doesn't hold up as long as the ones at the dealer.

Excellent.. my new go to battery shop! Both times, even in peak season, I have been in and out in under 5 minutes. They have always had what I need in stock, and the price is less than the other guys I used to go to. Even on specialty Mercedes and BMW batteries! Always very friendly employees, too.
The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. They were a little busy on Saturday. They do have the best prices around for batteries. I would recommend them to my friends & family.
Needed a battery for my pathfinder and didn't have 200 bucks for a new one. Called and they had a remanufactured battery for 48 dollars.. so far no problems and the young guy working was super helpful. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a battery
Great place average pricing, the people are very nice and helpful so you can check my alternator make sure it worked properly then they install my battery for $20 extra with a 6-year warranty.
Battery Empire has always been good to me and so far I have had no problems with their batteries. They're always polite and courteous and they always come out and put the battery in for me I think their prices for brand new batteries are a little high at least higher than Walmart but for the refurbished batteries I think it's a fair price.

Came in with a failing battery almost had to leave on a tow bed. My dad was better at (helping me over the phone mind you) , following a battery replacement than the idiot there who stated "I'm not a mechanic I don't know what to tell you" He tried to blame MY car for the reason my "just purchased" battery kept failing. He was more worried about getting his fifteen in cash as he put it. Zero Stars.
Owner replied to my email quickly. He had exactly what I needed. Happy with the price and installed quickly! Yes I would recommend this establishment for your battery needs! I originally heard of Battery Empire through word of mouth, GLAD I LISTENED!
