This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Cleveland, OH, Rollins Towing Services LLC earns a strongly positive reputation: fast arrivals (often late-night), skilled winch-outs and long tows, and professional, respectful drivers. Many cite fair or below-market pricing, clear communication, and reliable care for vehicles. Common themes: quick service, courteous help, and problem-solving beyond basic tows. Complaints are rare but notable—one report of wrong drop-off and unreturned calls, another about rudeness and high cost. Little to no data on inventory, yard setup, or parts availability. Overall: 94/100.
Appreciate yall coming out in the frigid cold to change a tire after a minor accident! I highly recommend their services for roadside assistance. Very professional and fast!
Excellent towing service! He arrived within minutes of my call and handled everything very professionally. The towing was smooth, safe, and well-organized, and he took great care of the vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable and much lower compared to other towing companies. Overall, a fast, reliable, and stress-free experience. Highly recommended.
Very trustworthy, professional, hard working company. They are out in the snow storm when no one else is working hard to get to everyone who needs help. EXCELLENT service through and through.
Let me tell y'all at 1am I caught a flat everyone I called was outta the way or didn't have a jack. He got there in a timely fashion he changed my tire fast and efficiently and I was on my way. I would def recommend him and will be using him again.
The driver originally towed my car to the wrong location. I agreed to leave it there only because they said they could fix the car in the meantime. The car was never fixed, so I called back and asked for it to be towed to the correct, original location I requested from the beginning.
The tow truck driver said he would take care of it — but after that, he ignored every single one of my calls and texts. Even when others called on my behalf, he still refused to answer or respond.
This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with him at all unless you want your car taken to the wrong place and to be ignored when you need help resolving the issue.
My first time having to use a tow truck in this city and Mr. Rollins made the experience pleasant. He even went as far as helping us find a company to fix our vehicle.
Excellent customer service, response time, and professional. I was off the road less than a hour after I called. Your service is greatly appreciated!!!!
Rollins Towing was very professional and prompt. The cost was considerably less than other quoted prices . I would recommend them for your towing needs.
