I had to have them come out today, New Year’s Day, to help snake my drain and these two guys were awesome. They were as nice as can be and solved the issue very fast. My wife and I have gotten attitude from some of the staff in the past but it was not these two guys. Also, my wife said Brian was amazing when she first called in. You guys saved me today…thank you!!

LAZY!! Don't pick up contractor bags THAT DONT FIT IN THE TRASH CANS..it can stay here, really don't care DO YOUR JOB!!!!

Never had a problem with them. They’ve even helped me with heavy items and just waste in general. It’s been awhile , staff may have changed.

People working at service department should be held to higher standards. Both the lady and the male picking up phones are rude, LAZY, and disrespectful. Not sure why they are representing our service department. Trash and bulk pick up people are LAZY. The service director? Also LAZY and will do nothing to help residents even after his lazy and disrespectful employees mess something up. I wish I lived in a different city because it's actually embarrassing how terrible Brook Park service department is. This is a VITAL SERVICE FOR YOUR RESIDENTS. DO BETTER OR ELSE FIND A NEW JOB.

As a resident of the city I can’t stand this lazy, careless service department. Do better.
