If you're coming here to unload your cargo, be prepared to wait a long time. I arrived at 7:30 so I wouldn't be late, but I'm still waiting. It's 11:40. They unloaded three trucks in four hours.
No courtesy, you have to go in there looking rich, to someone to help, I needed so bad a printer, but prefer to spend more and be treated with respect ,than be treated with ignorance.
Been sitting here for half an hour on a cold winter day waiting to get two wire crates loaded... Great prices but you'll be here for a long time waiting to get loaded. Would have loaded myself if they weren't frozen to the ground.
The staff was very friendly. The dock workers also easy going and quick to unload. The area in and out is prior to the stop light. So getting out can be difficult.

After loosing thousands of dollars in the first closing of hgr I have purchased another 1100.00 dollar worth the stuff I received an email that my items were there for over 30 days and they have been repossessed and I have forfeited any and all rights to them what a joke I am going to get my items and then they have lost a customer

It's huge, 13 acres of tradesmen paradise. This place has just about anything you can need from the hobbyist to the professional.
You can view a lot online, but it's better to walk the warehouse in person.
I had high hopes for the new management, but those hopes were unfounded. Their website is painful at best as they've succumbed to the idiocy of algorithmic search results. So good luck trying to find the thing you are looking for amongst the hundreds of results that aren't what you are looking for.
Then they have sprung several sudden store policy changes upon unsuspecting customers. The most recent cost them several thousand dollars of my business, and my good will.
So happy the original owners are back! HGR24 is back to their roots providing excellent service with a great selection of equipment in their warehouse. It's great to walk in and see smiling faces again. You definitely have to go check it out if you haven't visited in awhile.
Update Jan 2025 - As response to HGR's comment. My machine is in Wisconsin, I can have it if I can get access by landlord, landlord has no interest. HGR has no interest in making things right, they are "a new business, no legal obligation", all the same staff however. I lost a chunk of money because of the "old" HGR. Well guess what, the new one doesn't answer emails or return calls either. I'd be happy to make a deal on a piece of equipment and accept my loss, put this in the past, but no responses from anyone. I will iterate, HGR is exactly the same as before!
Nov 2024 - I bought a machine 3 months ago, no updates, they were happy to take my money knowing internally they were going out of business. They are now shut down, I have lost a lot of money with no machine to show for it. If anyone has contact details for the owner then please contact me. Also after contacting numerous employees through social media, they were all fired, business is permanently closed.
I purchased many items from these guys and finally got some of them located in Euclid and Texas warehouse after almost a year. Some large items left in Wisconsin facility and no one answer my emails as usual. Mike the sales manager said they have an issue with landlord and now they’re shutdown completely. Horrible customer service
It's no surprise they're closed. This place was nothing like it's former self. I used to buy equipment there quite frequently. Our shop is just around the corner and I could find all kinds of great components to make improvements at work. It was a great resource and the people were good to deal with until they started getting pushed out about three years ago. Since then, they've just spiraled downwards. The website used to be easy to search, filters and and sorting worked and the results matched what you entered. in the last year or so they "updated" the website and it became UTTERLY USELESS! Search terms return nonsensical results, sort and filter choices are cleared when going back to the search results screen, so you have to re-enter everything each time you select individual items.
According to Linkedin, they hired a bunch of remote operating corporate types to revamp the company. Alex Mcnealy is allegedly the COO, Fernando Higuera is supposedly the Chief Technology Officer there, and Suresh Shukla, appears to be the "Head of Product", aka "Digital Transformation". What these and others have done to this place is a total joke. This was a huge CASH COW, and you guys killed the goose that laid the golden egg. I hope it was worth it, I'm now shopping for my stuff at McKean Machinery.
It took six months for my robot to arrive. When I received it, it came without any cables or the electronic unit. The website did not mention anything about the missing parts. I tried to call and send an email, but no one got back to me. I’m very disappointed.
I stopped to buy something I saw online. They are now closed. They were loading costumers that had already bought items with a skeleton crew and that is it. I asked if I could buy the item on line and get loaded. I was told that I would just be opening a credit card claim soon. They are shut down. ?
We recently bought an item from you guys that was supposedly located in a warehouse in Wisconsin. Our truck driver got to the location this item was supposed to be and the place was completely abandoned. Not sure if this company is completely defunct but be careful buying from here.
Purchased a Tool Grinder from them. It arrived quickly but was damaged upon repaired. Have reached out to Jeff and Steve but emails started to be ignored. They do give a 30 day return policy if you are unhappy but you have to pay for the shipping back, which is more than the product itself. Be aware if you buy as you are gambling if it gets damaged or not.
We love this place - so many good deals to fit out your shop. The manager of the fort worth store is very helpful.
HOWEVER, the sales people are happy to take your money and are completely unresponsive after that. We've had several things shipped from a different location and every time there was NO communication. Salespeople (I've dealt with 3) never answer their emails (ever) or their phones. We've been waiting on something from Ohio for weeks, and the shipper was given the wrong address, and I still don't have it. My advice - if you can pick it up that's great but I don't think it's worth the hassle dealing with the salespeople.
Kind of indescribable due to the scope of what they carry. Industrial resale, sure, but what that means ranges from the very large to the very small.
This place makes me wish I had an engineering degree so I could know what all this stuff is! Robotic arms, laser cutting tables, assorted valves, assorted electrical components, filtering systems, assembling systems, CNC machinery, drill presses, printing presses!
It is absolutely humbling to be here. I recommend anyone who has a mechanical background to see this square mile of amazing human achievement.
Unrespectable delivery they unloaded by appointments but brokers set up delivery ASAP. You can spend all day. Do you get unloaded you can wait so many hours if you come here you’re not supposed to be scheduled another pick up or anything because he ate are you gonna be spent all day and you’re gonna lose lotta money, because they not pay nothing.
Very nice peoples, fast unloading and overnight parking. They start unloading 6:00 am , Main office open and shipping start 8:00 am. delivery drivers can go through receiving glass doors.

I picked up two pieces of equipment a couple weeks ago. Austin Roe was the salesman I worked with, he was helpful, responsive, and reasonable. Kudos to HGR for a great company and a great sales team! I'll be coming back.
Just a walkthrough, but quite a selection.
I was in the area on business and stopped by. Quite a variety of equipment and machinery. The have everything from office printers to CNC lathes.
The front desk was quite helpful with my requests, and the sales rep was okay, but not what I would expect. It might have been different if I had a specific piece of equipment I was looking for.
Posted are pictures of items that I have produced using my equipment from HGR. I love my 2"x60" belt sander and industrial Singer 111W155 sewing machine that came from HGR. My shop has benefited greatly from shopping here and you never know what you'll see.
