In clearing out my mother's estate, I was trying to avoid landfilling some beautiful craft supplies and found Upcycle. The store is well organized and covers everything from crafting to fine scrapbooking and teaching supplies.
Such an easy process to donate my yarns!! I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff, and within minutes, I was able to be on my way. Parking was easy since I could park right in front of the shop for free. The experience was fun and smooth and I will definitely be back for further donations, as well as having creative social gatherings for my creative friends. Definitely a gem!

A staff member assisted me in sorting my donations into available binby category. Bins were clearly labeled and the process was very efficient. Staff seemed very appreciative of the donations most of which were new and unused items.
I was so happy to be able to donate my art supplies - some used, and some new - to this place! I thought the sign in process was really unique and that it was fun to sort my items into the different bins with help from the very friendly staff. This is a great resource and I hope it will grow.
Was happy to find a good home for 33# of brand new fabric that was no longer needed and the beads and other jewelry from so many Great Aunts. Was cool to see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame dropping off unneeded office supplies too!

What an incredible resource Upcycle Parts Shop is. I recently donated materials (many were items that aren’t recyclable, but are re-imaginable). The process was super easy, scheduling the appointment online, then having an ideal side entrance for drop off. Excellent staff and inspiring inventory too!
We came from the west side, and it was definitely worth it! We were looking for somewhere to take crafting supplies from when my mom led two Girl Scout troops, and this was the perfect place. If she'd known about this shop back then, she definitely would have come here to get supplies for Girl Scout meetings. The staff is lovely and there is a wide assortment of goods for a great price! I'd recommend Upcycle Parts not only to those leading youth groups such as Girl Scouts, but to any crafter or artist out there. Reuse is awesome!!
I have been going to Upcycle Parts Shop for years and I recently made my first donation through their new donation process. It was so easy to do and I was able to donate 36 pounds of unused craft materials!! Staj was also a huge help as I sorted out my various donation items. Can't recommend this organization enough- they are doing some really incredible work!!
Going to Upcycle Parts is like being in a life sized version of an I Spy book. It's magical!

The new self-sort donation system is also a great way to involve community members in being more hands on in the creative reuse process.
Wonderful, little treasure store. Diverse, unique items in small quantities. It’s very important to me to have a place to donate my ephemera and duplicate art supplies. Hard to let some of them go, but I know they found a great home.
The donation process was simple and easy. Lauren and the entire staff were very welcoming and appreciative of our donations. We were happy to donate items to repurpose and keep out of the landfill.

The donation process was effortless. I was surprised that I had 25# worth of goods that did not go into the landfill. I like how organized the shop has become. It made it easier for me to find what was on my list. The staff was helpful, too, in directing me to the area of my needs when I couldn't find something. The prices are CHEAP! You need to check this place out before going to any craft or art store.
I made an appointment to bring in a donation of various art supplies that I no longer wanted. They made the process easy and pleasant. Happy to find a good home for my vintage photo slides, jewelry, papers and paints. Will definitely donate again
I've been donating art supplies and other accepted things there for several years now. The staff is pleasant and efficient in processing my donations. The store is very unique and you can find all sorts of goodies there for arts and crafts. I believe in their mission to provide a venue to reuse materials that would otherwise go to a landfill and to serve an impoverished area thru their neighborhood outreach programs.
Donated a couple of boxes of art supplies and potentially useful items. Making an appointment was a bit weird... until you see the sheer amount of items they sell!

First time going in today and I couldn't believe it when I checked my phone and realized I spent 2 hours in the store! I absolutely love the selection of goods and unique finds! The ladies were so nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and quite often at that if I'm being honest, ha!
Such a great little shop! I don't know which I enjoy more, finding all sorts of unique and useful art supplies for such a bargain, or donating extra supplies for others to enjoy. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I love every visit.
I was excited to visit the shop for the first time. I donated remnant fabrics to the shop for which they were very appreciative. Inside, you will find a well-organized place with all kinds of goodies! It reminded me of how, as a kid, I would love to go to the hardware store with my dad. There were so many things to see and bins filled with nuts and bolts that my hands could explore. The grown-up kid in me got to explore all kinds of creative materials! I took in the entire shop to see what they offered which inspired ideas of what I could create and donate down the road. I'm already planning a return visit with a friend who wants to go.
Long time fan, first time donating! It was so easy. Someone met me at the door, helped me unload my boxes, and I was off to browse the shop. In a few minutes, they returned my boxes and I was on my way. I love that all my kids' beads and crayons and such will be used by other kids. Thanks for all you do!
My mom, sibling and I had an amazing time exploring the many nooks and crannies of the store, all impressively organized and labeled! Cas was super helpful and friendly and made our experience wonderful! It was our first visit - I had heard about it on a friend's Facebook post and immediately knew it would be very up our alley. It will certainly not be the last.. This is an incredible place for some pandemic (or non pandemic) creative inspiration and to find pretty much everything you could possibly need for crafting projects! We'll be back soon!
