I’ve been dealing with this store for over 3 years now. I work as a part time mechanic and a friend of mine introduced me to them back in April of 2022 praising their unbeatable prices and high quality parts. They’ve been treating me like family ever since I’ve met them, I live all the way in Ypsilanti and I swear I drive over to them for the smallest thing sometimes just to show them business. Always fast and helpful service and great staff. Love my brothers at Mansfield.
I went to mansfield needing two things. I had one young man help me right away in what he could help me with. When i mentioned i needed wiper blades, he and another young man came out to see the car and what type it was etc. i was shocked after finding second item w polite mans help who worked there, as the other man was working on changing my wipers. I would have struggled to change them myself the employees were very nice. Quick service and above and beyond assistance that i didnt expect. As i was getting back in my car i thought they deserved a shout out for being so helpful and kind.
Came here today for brakes rotors sway bar links struts and axles for my 2016 dodge charger. They gave me the best price anyone else in the city was offering. The service was amazing and they treat every single person that walks in there like they are family. Everyone feels like the shop is their shop they make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Recently, my wife and I encountered a significant issue with a local auto repair shop. We ordered brake and rotor replacements for our Toyota Camry, which was unfortunately out of stock. Despite the inconvenience, we proceeded with the order and received the parts in-store. However, upon installation, we discovered that the shop had provided us with incorrect parts for all of our brakes. Furthermore, one of the rotors was a used rotor packaged as a new one.
To our dismay, the shop charged us for a new rotor that was, in fact, a used one. They were unable to provide an alternative rotor in stock and refused to offer any apologies or compensation for the error.
We requested a discount for the incorrect parts, but the owner and manager informed us that we had no choice but to either keep the incorrect parts or return them in their entirety.
We were deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and the lack of apology from the shop. As a result, we have decided to discontinue using their services and will no longer recommend them to others. This experience has left us with a lasting negative impression and we urge others to exercise caution when considering this local business.
Myself and my lady ordered Brakes and Rotors for a Toyota Camry which was out of stock. No problem we ordered them in. Once picked up and took them home they gave us the wrong parts for all of the brakes. Then on top of that 1 of the rotors was a used rotor packaged as a new rotor. So they charged us for a new rotor but it was a used one. They didn’t have another in stock to exchange. No apologies or anything for giving us the wrong parts from the start and ON TOP OF THAT they gave us a used Rotor packaged as a new one. We asked for a discount and the Owner / Manager said we can’t do that so either keep it or return it fully. Who does business like this? So we was forced to keep the used Rotor but they charged us full price and no sympathy to apologies to me and my lady. We will no longer give our business to this local business. DO NOT SHOP HERE they will rip you off.
I’ve been calling around for parts for my car all day long and I kept getting quoted between $350-500 dollars. I called them they gave me a price of $220 for everything and I’m just now leaving their store with all my parts. Easy service great experience and great prices. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Mansfield Auto Parts! I recently purchased brakes and rotors all around, and they beat every local auto parts shop by a huge margin both in price and quality. I also grabbed 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and a filter, and again, the price couldn’t be matched. The parts are top-notch, and the service was amazing. Ask for Hass he’ll take care of you. If they don’t have the part you need, no worries they can order it and have it delivered the same day. You really can’t beat that kind of service. Plus, if you’re not sure what the issue is, they have a mechanic on-site 24/7 to diagnose your vehicle. These guys are the real deal!

Went into Mansfield on a Saturday told them I needed a tune up but not looking to break the bank. Hass hooked me up with everything i needed and gave me a good bundle discount. Also no wait time everything was in stock and ready for me on the table!
