I called and told him that my car was broke down on the side of the road and I don’t know what’s wrong with the car. I need a tow and he said I have an attitude and he’s not gonna work with me mind you I’m not angry. I’m slightly frustrated and I’m in the cold. It’s 16° out here there’s snow on the ground and this guy said you’re being vague so I’m not gonna help you. There’s plenty of trucks out there.
My mom car didn’t start when she got off work she was parked on the 4th floor of the parking garage. We couldn’t find anyone that was able to get her car out these gentleman came and pushed her car out so it could be towed they went over and above and didn’t over charge .
