This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
A To Z Towing & Recovery in Detroit, MI earns a strong 92/100 overall. Most recent reviews praise fast response times, punctual pickups, careful handling, and courteous drivers (Alex mentioned often). Pricing is viewed as fair to top-dollar, with quotes honored and better-than-others rates. However, a few serious complaints cite reckless driving, mishandling a vehicle and lowering an offer after the fact, and a broker alleging nonpayment—so service consistency isn’t perfect. Reviews focus on towing/junk-car removal; no clear data on parts inventory, yard organization, or parts-finding.

What clients say about A To Z Towing & Recovery in Detroit (MI)
I am a broker. Dispatched them the order. My client paid them cash on delivery including my boker fee. They took it and never paid me. I called to the driver and dispatcher as well. They blocked my all numbers. My client contacted them too. The driver was so rude. He is so nice and friendly till he takes the order but he will never pay your broker fee. Here is the screenshots that my clinet sent me
Red tow truck is a semi, no reason you should be passing me on m10 in construction while im already doing 77 mph. Learn to drive before you kill someone.
If I could do 0 stars I would, a company hired them to tow my car.car was dropped 2 times with no apologies, then after noticing it had a straight pipe he lowered my offer, he would have known that if he looked underneath before dropping it two times,he started jacking the car up before even speaking to me,but its what i expect from them type honestly.i was sceard to even keep the after it was dropped twice.
These guy's are the greatest..... punctuality on point, response, on point and my tow truck driver was magnificent... thank you ever so much... I will be getting back in touch
The person on the phone was very friendly, I informed him of the box truck I needed towed (many companies didn’t tow box trucks). He informed me he was going into a doctors appointment and would be able to pick it up as soon as he was out. That’s exactly what he did. Picked it up and delivered it to my office per requested with no problem. Communication was great. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely keep their number handy in case of any other tow needs.
A to Z Towing & Recovery is fast responding and efficient. I told them I needed a car removed and they came in a timely manner. Very professional and great work I will definitely use them in the near future for towing or removal of unwanted vehicles. They’re true to their word!
A To Z towing is a 10/10. I called to have a car removed. They were there when they said they would be and paid me exactly what we agreed upon. Which was nearly $200 more than anyone else was offering. Call them and see for yourself.
Alex the tow truck driver was very responsible. Him called to being prompt of the time of his scheduled arrival. Him was respectful, kind, funny with a great Sense of humor. Helpful to show me underbody of the van of a cadillac converter replacement for a straight pipe exhaust system. I didn't know , BUT NOW I KNOW! Thanks. CiCi/ Katrina Harvey
