I Reached out to this tow( ie google )company and spoke with an individual by the name of “Vee” Extremely unprofessional & rude After, the tow was completed I requested an invoice 3 times, for insurance reimbursement. The company sent the invoice approximately TWO Months later after repeated requests.I then needed a tow again months later. which obviously was against my better judgement, I just was extending a little grace trying to support a small business.Explained to the representative about my last issue and he “Vee” had the audacity deny my request for tow service. I’m an administrator myself and it’s two things I despise. That’s unprofessionalism and arrogance I experienced both with this company and wouldn’t patronize if they were the last tow business in Michigan.

They came quick and were the only ones that answered my call late night (I called a few other places too). Dude was super nice and replaced my tire in less than 5 minutes. Would highly highly recommend
They came in 30 min as they said they would get my car started right away I need a boost and they price was the best everybody else want $140 they did it for $85 would most definitely would use them again

I really appreciate the speed & efficiency of this towing company! I had an emergency where my truck was stuck on the side of the road & I needed it towed immediately to avoid it being towed off the street by the city and they were on top of it & towed it 20 minutes later!! I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing speedy, professional towing assistance!

T was amazing!!! Calm, cool, collected and very very reasonable pricing too!!! Every where else was $300 and up and he managed to be fair and honest! Lord knows honesty is hard to come by with certain businesses and T made it happen! Super Grateful!!!
I ask if he could tow my car 3 miles he said how you get this number. very unprofessional! Then I responded from google search! Then he stated he would charge me $250.00 I couldn't do anything but laugh. First he was unprofessional then wanted me to pay 250.00 for 3miles away from my location would not recommend poor customer service!!! Then he called me back questioning why I left a review of my interaction with him. And was I confused to why he charged $250.00

The driver is a lifesaver! His name started with an "R" but I can't quite remember. I had got into an bad accident and he just happened to be driving by and ask if we needed help. He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, kind and courteous and really helped me with the steps on what to do since I was feeezing and in shock. If I could rate them higher I would. I recommend their service to anyone hands down.
