My mechanic referred to empire suto parts great price very friendly and much better after I got rotors installed my vehicle is 2006 Chevrolet Uplander and new brakes I had already I never had smooth ride like this don't buy rotors or any brake related parts from Holbrook I don't think I had those rotors over a year and they worked causing vibrations and tore up the brakes very satisfied and will purchase more parts in the future

I call about an a part and they hang up the first time, second time out me on hold, the 3rd time they say they need the vin number of my truck and can't take it over the phone because they're too busy.
So I'm expected to drive there without knowing if you even have the part?
They're rude and have no idea how to run a business in this country.
I go here all the time. The prices here are cheaper than AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Moe treats you like family. Go into the store and see what kind of deals you can get.
Came in to buy a part because autozone didn’t have it and while waiting in line I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. the man behind the counter kept giving me rapy vibes with his stares and the customers were very creepy.i didn’t even wait for my turn I just left I’ll wait for autozone to order it thanks??but no
My Dad who who frequents this store encouraged me to go to grab auto parts. The customer service was exceptional, they were very helpful were I lacked knowledge of my car and overall just great experience. I’ll definitely be coming here for all of my needs

From the time I walked in the door the guy behind the counter mad i didn’t get his name but was amazing and I received my part for half the price from theses guys. Ill be back whenever I need any part or lubricants they look like they had it all. Thank again guy
