What clients say about WhatsApp Auto Parts in Detroit (MI)
I had an amazing experience at WhatsApp Auto Parts and felt like I had to take the time to leave a detailed review because great service like this deserves to be recognized.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. What really stood out during my visit was the outstanding help I received from Suzie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I left with the right parts for my vehicle.
Suzie was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and took the time to walk me through different options instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive item. She listened carefully to what I needed, asked the right questions, and made sure everything would fit and work properly for my car. That level of attention and care is something you don’t always see these days.
What impressed me the most was her patience and professionalism. I had a few questions and wanted to make sure I was buying the correct parts, and Suzie never once rushed me. She explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s clear she really knows her job and genuinely cares about helping customers.
The store itself was well organized, stocked with a wide variety of auto parts, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where the staff actually knows what they’re talking about and treats customers with respect.
Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Because of Suzie and the great experience I had, WhatsApp Auto Parts will definitely be my go-to place whenever I need parts or anything related to my vehicle.
If you’re looking for a reliable auto parts store with knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend checking out WhatsApp Auto Parts. And if you have the chance to be helped by Suzie, you’ll be in great hands.
Thank you again to Suzie and the entire team for the outstanding service!
I was skeptical because of the price. I needed 2 bumpers that would have cost me three times the amount anywhere else. The customer service is amazing! I am in Arizona and they helped me to coordinate the freight shipping. Items were packaged well and arrived in pristine condition. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this honest company. I will be calling them first for my future projects. Thank you!
I had an excellent experience at Whats App Auto Parts! The team here is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about helping customers. They found the exact parts I needed quickly and even double-checked compatibility with my vehicle. Prices were excellent, the service was fast, and the inventory was impressive. Highly recommended!
I bought a difficult to find part from them found on car-part.com. I was a bit worried because the price was very good but they proptly delivered exactly what was shown and packaged very well. I will likely buy from them again and am happy to recommend them. I generally don't leave reviews unless a business earns it and I never do when they ask for one.
Ask for Suzana ,I had a great experience at this auto parts store! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. They took the time to answer my questions and even gave me tips for installation. The prices were fair, and the inventory was well-stocked with quality parts. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable service and honest advice!
I drive every weekend to go get my parts. They are 4 hours away. They have great discounts. Great prices and great price. Thanks to Suzanna the lebanese woman, She is the best.

Highly recommend them to anyone in the industry looking for top-notch auto parts and exceptional customer service!
Done good business in the past, called in today about a part they said they had it showed up 30 minutes before closing waited. Comes out and says he doesn’t have it it’s at the warehouse. Didn’t want to grab it because it’s getting closer to 5 when they’re still open, just not right. Didn’t care to discount or deliver for inconvenience
Response to Owner:
I have not bought from you guys in over a year to say I come asking for discounts is funny. No need to try and embarrass someone for your bad business lol. Thank you for saying again you just didn’t want to grab it, you guys shouldn’t be open that late if you don’t want to operate your business. It was 20 minutes before closing after waiting for 15 minutes, you didn’t feel like getting it after saying you have it on the phone. Also you told me the part is $250 usually which it’s irrelevant anyone can ask what they want. Anyway bought one from a different junkyard for $40 thank you.
Everything was just as she described. Excellent quality parts! Excellent service!! We drove 3 1/2 hours to get 2 hoods for 2 2021 Chevy Suburbans as they were on backorder and nobody else had them. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future. THANKS for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Excellent customer service, excellent price, and just an overall great experience. My knuckle for my Jeep SRT just came in today and it’s in great shape and arrived quickly! Thank you SO much for all of your help!
Excellent condition part!!! I looked everywhere for a front bumper and finally i found it at Whatsapp auto parts and it was in excellent condition!!! Suzie is also very friendly and helpful. This is my favourite auto parts shop now!!!
Was very skeptical but did some research and found they are legit. Got my part in 36 hours after I paid for it and it was a perfect fit. Everywhere else I checked said the part was back ordered and could not be found and may have to wait six months. I am very happy and will order from them again.
Hands down, one of the best places out there. People here are very honest and easy to work with, especially Suzana. She goes above and beyond to help out and find what the customer needs. No auto parts location in the area has ever helped or tried to help like they do here at WhatsApp Auto Parts. Thank you very much for your help!
