I bought a difficult to find part from them found on car-part.com. I was a bit worried because the price was very good but they proptly delivered exactly what was shown and packaged very well. Done good business in the past, called in today about a part they said they had it showed up 30 minutes before closing waited. Comes out and says he doesn’t have it it’s at the warehouse. Didn’t want to grab it because it’s getting closer to 5 when they’re still open, just not right. Didn’t care to discount or deliver for inconvenience

I have not bought from you guys in over a year to say I come asking for discounts is funny. No need to try and embarrass someone for your bad business lol. Thank you for saying again you just didn’t want to grab it, you guys shouldn’t be open that late if you don’t want to operate your business. It was 20 minutes before closing after waiting for 15 minutes, you didn’t feel like getting it after saying you have it on the phone. Also you told me the part is $250 usually which it’s irrelevant anyone can ask what they want. Anyway bought one from a different junkyard for $40 thank you.
Everything was just as she described. Excellent quality parts! Excellent service!! We drove 3 1/2 hours to get 2 hoods for 2 2021 Chevy Suburbans as they were on backorder and nobody else had them. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future. THANKS for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Excellent condition part!!! I looked everywhere for a front bumper and finally i found it at Whatsapp auto parts and it was in excellent condition!!! Suzie is also very friendly and helpful. This is my favourite auto parts shop now!!!
Was very skeptical but did some research and found they are legit. Got my part in 36 hours after I paid for it and it was a perfect fit. Everywhere else I checked said the part was back ordered and could not be found and may have to wait six months. I am very happy and will order from them again.
