Detroit finest batteries, is one of the best places to go to to get a battery customer service beer is great They are very helpful and the prices are reasonable refurbished or brand new. They gave me a deal on a brand new battery but now I will be going back there if you were looking for a battery go to Detroit fine‘s batteries on grand river, 20419 grand River in between Fielding and Stout just three blocks west of Evergreen, also they have the best prices on AGM lead batteries, but I’ll push to start vehicles
I am so grateful to this business!!! My battery died a day before Christmas, no heat, minimal auto functions. A friend referred me to them stating "they have the best prices" and that he bought a battery from here a year ago. I did some comparison shopping and they in fact had the best prices and installed the battery. Quick, cost effective and professional! All of what I needed during the holiday! Thank you!!!
I recently had to buy a battery for my 2024 Jeep at Auto Zone. I spent $200 and woke up a week later to a dead battery. After getting NOWHERE with employee at Auto Zone, a friend told me to call this place and they could possibly help.
The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful. I explained my issue and after she asked me a few questions about my vehicle (which autozone never did) she knew right away what my problem was.
My vehicle was push start & has start stop feature in it. I was given a battery acid battery and my car takes a LEAD AGM BATTERY!!! I
The minute I pulled up, the women came out to help. The gentleman that installed my battery was not only nice to me, but made my babies in back seat feel comfortable as well (battery is in my backseat on passenger side).
It was raining outside and they went fast to get it done. The women employee gave me all the info I needed to understand what & why I had issues and how to avoid them in future. The gentleman employee was professional & polite (funny with my kids too).
The prices were reasonable, and warranty included, not to MENTION THEY PUT IT IN FOR FREE TOO.
I appreciate you guys (and lady) for your help your hard work. Keep it up!!
I brought a 90 dollar battery that lasted 2 month before it died, people please do yourselves a favor and don’t waste any of your hard earned money here just go anywhere else!
This battery is a powerhouse! Installed it in my car and it cranks the engine with ease, it's cheaper than going to auto zone and great customer service!
Sold me a used interstate battery with a tag on it meant to be sent back for warranty. They buy old bad batteries and sell them as new. SCAM DONT BUY FROM HERE.
I woke up in the car would not start all the lights were on and radio playing but the car wouldn’t cut on. AutoZone, they wanted it over $200 for a battery which sounded ludicrous to me. The gentleman behind the counter mentioned battery store that was on grand River. All I needed to do a search and I found this place, I called them to check and make sure they had the battery I needed it and the price after going to all the different AutoZone and Riley O’Reilly‘s and everywhere, I found that this was the best price and they had no problem with taking one battery out and installing the new one. They were courteous and friendly. Would recommend them to someone that needs a good battery and they appreciate your business. You can treat you as a customer give them a 10. 💯
Definitely never buy a car or battery from here ! They make all excuses when you try to check on your car and they tell you they fixed on it and does nothing to it . Definitely bring a mechanic if u consider this place smh
Terrible place, the sold me a bad battery and wouldn't give me money back. Do not use them, just go to Walmart. It's not worth the risk, they are taking peopels hard earned money

I got a battery from them back in January, had to take it back 2 days later and they gave me another battery. Then yesterday I had to call AAA to come give me a jump, they said my battery is at 6% smh and everything else is fine THEN today as I'm getting ready to leave for work, the battery dead again. I don't have money to keep buying a battery especially when I just bought one. I would never come here again and I don't recommend.
This place basically sold me a battery but didn’t have the proper battery I needed, I returned it gave me another one that wasn’t the right one and also was a bad battery wouldn’t refund my money, I ended up having to go shop elsewhere avoid this battery shop.
They sold me a bad battery and they don’t have a return policy. I would advice you to go to a shop that stands by their product. Now I am out of money I don’t have to just give away freely.

Recently moved to Michigan from NC. This is the first place ive ever called for information and got the proper customer service, the lady who answered today around 345pm was so kind and very respectful. I wish other business had good customer service. She gave me all the information I needed and I definitely recommend this place for service. Very great prices and deals. Yes Iam fully aware I'm not in the south anymore but respect and customer service should never change. AND I'VE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THAT FROM ALOT OF THESE BUSINESSES.
