Got stuck on long lake and telegraph and i called here they came out in an hour while other places were telling me 4 hours. Friendly great communication. Also very reasonable priced. I hope i don't get stuck on the road but if someone i know needs towing service ill gladly refer this company. They know what theyre doing!
Fast easy and inexpensive, no added fees and he even beat me home , they were earlier then agreed and I’m greatful I’d definitely call again and recommend
Amazing quick service. Was at our location within 30 mins. They picked up my wife in Rochester Hill and took her car to the dealership in Troy. Also, gave us a referral to a mechanic if the dealership over charge.
He responded quickly, were very professional throughout the entire process, and offered a fair and reasonable price. The service was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. I was very satisfied with the experience and will definitely call them again and use their services in the future.

Roodi is simply the BEST! My car was a very difficult, delicate tow, a custom built race car that is lower to the ground than most exotics. He tried multiple ways to load the car, which was necessary to ensure the car was not damaged. More importantly, he was on time. Unlike most tow experiences I've had, he said he'd be there in 30m and he was. Above and beyond he helped me roll the car into the garage which was not expected but very much appreciated. If I ever need a tow, I know who to call, and you should too.

Best towing experience I have ever had. I had to deliver my truck to 2 shops. I was quoted an amazing price, more than $100 less than the BIG tow company. This is a single truck operation with the owner as the operator. Just a good man feeding his family and not taking advantage of people to get ahead. Still operates with the core values of getting ahead by doing good and being honest. 100% recommend this company.

I waited for AAA for over 2 and a half hours before I called Rudy. He picked up the phone right away. He gave me a time frame and price and arrived within 15 minutes. I really appreciated his help and kindness.
Highly RECOMMENDED, GREAT timing and communication. Price was cheaper than any other tow company and be didnt charge me for skates. He brought the proper equipment to tow my truck that was stuck in the driveway and was able to work with me when i was having banking problems. 5 Stars will use Easy load every time i need something Great Company
I scheduled a tow for a few days out. When my situation changed and the tow had to be moved up to today for a specific time frame, he was very accommodating and understanding. He was friendly and did an amazing job. I am very particular about my vehicles and I had no worries or concerns throughout the entire process.
