This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Detroit, MI, reviews of continental roadside assistance towing & recovery are largely positive: professional staff, clear communication, and fast pickups and fair cash offers. Many cite same-day service and prices beating competitors. A minority report payout discrepancies and scheduling slips (less than quoted, checks instead of cash, delays, missing paperwork). Wait times are usually short. Little data on inventory, yard organization, or parts—only one note about a helpful parts search—so uncertain there. Overall: 92/100.
Thank you so much my car was stuck downtown and im a single mother and couldn’t make it downtown and still got my car for me and brung it to me and park my car very much appreciate and prices are amazing thank so much again we are grateful
My SUV wouldn't start, I called 3 other places no answer, I called continental and they picked right up, he stayed in communication with me and he arrived as quickly as he said he would. Very nice and professional. And extremely reasonable in pricing! I highly recommend!
I got a flat tire on my way home And I didn't no what to do so I gave Arif a call and he was there with in less then 30 min and had me on my way. Thank you so much for your Professionalism and hard work.
Quick, simple and hassle free. Needed a tow across town, Aref showed up within 20 min and my car was taken care of for a fair price. Save yourself a headache and give them a call.
Called because I I had a dead battery. A young man came out in a car with a handheld charger. Was there less than 5 mins telling my battery was old and tried to sell me a new one. Hooked up the charger to my battery for less than 30 seconds and said it wasn’t the battery and I needed a new starter and battery. Said he would call his friend because his company was to busy to help with a tow. Charged me $40 and left. Called a second company thinking I needed a tow to a shop and the driver hooked up his charger and I was on my way within 5 mins! Wasn’t the starter. Would never call them again. And you shouldn’t either.
100% would recommend. Came out in 20 minutes early in the morning for a jump so I could get to work. Recommended a battery replacement due to the battery being three years old, in the most professional way! Offered to come back and replace it later but sure enough I had to call them again as I was leaving work. Again, such speedy service to get to me and replace my battery. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in a annoying situation.
Didn't end up going with them found a cheaper place that was quicker as well.
Reply to comment.... reviewing the price is a good thing to show people especially when I found a play WAY cheaper and they were quicker to answer and the service they gave me was fantastic again for way less than you charge.
If you need a tow, battery service, or any other roadside help, give this company a call! Very friendly, very helpful, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to help. When I needed a tow, I called four different places. They either kept me waiting, or couldn't even help. This guy came through for me, on an early weekend morning no less. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roadside assistance!
I had a flat tire and he was very helpful over the phone and came in under 30 mins. I was back on the road in no time. Very professional and again very helpful. I will use this service again if needed and will definitely recommend!
Very professional and went out of his way to help. Our car broke down and he came to help around 3am in the time he said he would. My bf had a lowered mustang and he took plenty of extra time loading and unloading it being sure not to damage anything. Easily took an hour longer then a regular tow would and had no problem with it all. Great service and had the best price comparatively.
We caught a flat and searched on google and found this business, only took them 20 minutes to get to us and changed the tire in less than 15 mins!!! I definitely recommend! And will pass their info on to all my friends
I called this place to winch my car out the snow. They came in 30 minutes and the driver took it out the snow in 2 minutes. Other tow companies told me at least a 2 hour wait. Would highly recommend this place.
Wife had gotten a flat, Called them . They came right out in 1/2 an hr. Changed the tire in brutal cold weather. Thank you very much. I will recommend you to anyone that needs your services
Amazing amazing amazing! My car had all kinds of problems. I didn’t know what to do but he did such an amazing job, I was so relieved I was able to get it fixed on the spot and it didn’t take him long to get here!!! Great service
Quick eta and great service saved me a lot of money on a tow busted the stripped lug nuts and put my spare on I was 50 miles away from home.recommend this company and saving the number for every time I’m in the area
Driver arrived fast. He was very professional, he even held a professional conversation while working. Most tow drivers don’t speak he did he was awesome. I would use this company again!
Fastest car service I have ever gotten. Everything was done in less than 20 mins. Very professional and high quality work. I will be passing this number on to everyone I know, I highly recommend his services. Support local small businesses!
Absolutely amazing establishment and will use again if any emergencies ever occur again. He was on time, very professional and also very informative. Great company honestly. Thank you for your services
I caught a flat tire near a construction zone and couldn’t get the tire off because the manufacturer’s jack was rusted & too dangerous to use. Avoided the risk and my insurance suggested Continental Roadside to save me...thanks for showing up on time Boss
Contacted them in need of an emergency and was quick to respond. HIS ETA was on point not a minute late and the service was very professional ,smooth transaction saved me from my troubles. Highly recommended.
