I would like to sincerely thank this towing company for their fast and professional help. During winter, I ended up in a difficult situation — my car slid off the road, got stuck in a snowbank, and ended up in a ditch. There was no way to get out on my own.

The team arrived quickly and handled everything with great care and confidence. They safely pulled my vehicle out without causing any damage. It’s clear they have strong experience and the right equipment for challenging winter conditions.

I also really appreciated their polite communication and human approach — it made a stressful situation much easier. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable towing, especially in winter. Thank you!

I guess it's a okay towing company but the customer service sucks! That means a lot to me how I'm treated. I'm just glad this experience is over!

The workers at the office were so kind and helpful throughout the whole towing process! They were priced well, and easy to get ahold of. Would absolutely reccomend.

They stayed open late as a curtesy. With the holidays going on, it was a huge help and I’ll be forever grateful. I was able to get my car out of impound thanks to them staying open.

Alberto is one of the most professional and helpful employees I’ve dealt with at this towing and recovery company. He works inside the office and every time I’ve spoken with him, he’s been patient, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. He explains everything clearly, keeps customers updated, and makes a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who treats people with that much courtesy and attention to detail. If you ever need assistance, ask for Alberto and he’ll take great care of you.

I had my vehicle towed to bbk towing and came in to pick up. I was upset at first of course, but I received good customer service and assistance with my car thanks

It’s super HOT on the side where the customers are. They have nice AC in the office (other side of the glass) this alone made it for a horrible experience and I’m confused why they allow their customers to suffer like that

Very nice people! I went to Ford Field and parked where I shouldn't have and got impounded. My fault.
If you have all your paperwork (registration, proof of insurance, owners drivers license, and proof of paying the $75 Detroit fee) it's a simple thing. They even have an email you can send electronic forms to if you can't print it out.
If paying cash, BRING EXACT CHANGE.
My bumper was damaged when towed but they were very friendly about it, looked back at their pictures, and verified they were at fault. He was very apologetic. He told me I could take it to a shop and send him the bill. It was an aftermarket bumper I installed so I told him no need to pay a shop, I could swap it out again so he paid me for the bumper.
I'm sure they could have denied it and got away with it but they never once denied anything. He immediately said "let me check out our photos and if we did it we will get you fixed up".
No one is happy about getting their vehicle impounded and it could have been a much worse experience.
If I'm ever in the area and need a tow again I would definitely call them.

Absolutely excellent service. Dispatch was great, truck came quickly, and driver was super friendly while I rode along during the tow.
