Brought my car into the shop because my tires were leaking air every single day I was putting air in it twice a day. They got me in and out very quickly. The shop is nice and clean, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will always bring my car here if there is something wrong.

I am beyond happy with my experience here. As a woman, I find it difficult to find an auto repair shop that I feel comfortable at, but Ahmed and Leah went above and beyond. They made sure they explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it, they made sure my warranty was able to cover everything, and they even walked me through what maintenance I needed to do / keep my eye on when I came to pick up my car. I took a used vehicle for inspection before purchasing. Leah at the front seat was very nice. The car was inspected a and it was not recommended for purchase. I really like this service. I could have purchased a used vehicle with major problems. But US24 saved me from a headache.

About a week ago, I brought my car to US24 Auto Repair. I had an issue with my transmission, they took it for a test drive. They diagnosed it as a failing bearing and pump. I worked with the wonder young lady behind the counter due to having a service protection plan. She explained every thing to me in detail about the process that had to completed for the claim. She kept me updated at every stage of the process. Once the claim was approved, she called me to let me know that they were moving forward with the transmission replacement. Within 1 day, I had a call saying my car was done, the test drive was completed and it passed all inspections. The full honesty and amazing customer service that I received from the team at US24 Auto Repair is top notch. I will 100% recommend bringing your car here for quality service and absolutely amazing customer service!!!

I recently had to take my son’s car in for some repairs and updates (as you should with all older vehicles), and I have to say that the service we received was better than the usual experience in most repair places. The repairs needed were minor, but the level of communication and hard work and effort on everyone’s part from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left with the keys really made me feel like I made the right decision when I chose them. If any repairs are needed in the future, we will always come back. They do good work here, they are professional, and they standby and guarantee their work which counts for an awful lot (especially when you’re a single mom)! Good job guys!

I think I’ve had my ford escape for about 3 weeks now and it’s running total fine. Ali was the absolute greatest to work with! He truly cares about his customers. He stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I left the lot with a vehicle! Service was fast. I liked the calming lobby music. Would recommend!

I found this place because It was so nice and new. I met the owner he told me to bring my car in on Monday and it would be done same day. I saved over 1k repairing it with this shop and it literally was picked up at noon and done by closing. Me being a female it’s very scary to trust a mechanic and they try to over charge you but I’m so thankful I found my new mechanic. I only have taken my Range Rover to the dealership never a side shop. This isn’t a regular side shop. There were all new Mercedes range rovers being fixed so this is a very high end trustworthy place. They also have a dealership next door that offers one year warranty on their vehicles they sell. Thank you once again for taking care of my baby
