Lady on the phone didn’t communicate we had to bring cash, she said it was going to be $495 when we pick up and it ended up being $545 after we picked up when I was clearly asking her if it was going to be more the next day. Then she just hanged up. So rude
This place is such a scam, my brother got his truck towed on private property and they towed it after hours where they were supposedly closed( btw it’s 5 minute drive from where they towed the truck) , they wouldn’t answer when they finally picked up they told us we had to wait half an hour so we did, we went and this lady with a messy bun had such an attitude from the get go she seen us and took a minute to attend us, when we told her we needed to take the truck she said they closed at 5, but they towed the truck when they were already closed ? She then told us she would let us take the truck but it was going to be 595 but when we had called they told us 545 which was crazy almost 600$. We told her that and she puts her hand on her hip and says well it’s 595 today.she wouldn’t even give us a valid reason why… and this place is cash only how convenient. My brother asked how much will it be tomorrow and she says 545 so we tell her no. We go back today and a different lady helps us she was nicer than the other lady but still did nothing for us when we asked her if she could reduce the price because we noticed a fee for storage but then she tells us that if we would have gotten it yesterday it would have been 445… if we would have gotten the truck last night they would have got 100 dollars just because that other lady felt like it. We told the lady this and she said that’s weird but she can’t do nothing. This was such a terrible experience and it should not even be legal literally stealing from people and overcharging them just because this is disgusting.
Absolutely amazing work. I was stuck in a tight spot in a parking garage and was turned away four times from other tow companies not this place. Made me feel not stressed and did Wonderful. guaranteeing me that they could get my car out of there. So sweet on the phone. Super impressed with this place definitely recommend!!
Quick response time. Courteous driver. He backed up his big flat bed truck down our skinny driveway and then got the car out of the garage and on to his truck. Very impressive.
Everything was perfect! The call center answered promptly and got someone to us in 30 minutes. The tower was very insightful and respectful! Would utilize their services again.
The guy was professional he knew his job and got my work vehicle out of a tight ass spot I was impressed with his knowledge and he was really friendly we held a conversation from the start until he got me and my services vehicle to my shop I think the guy should get a pay raise for sure and if anything like this was to ever happen again I would most definitely recommend him to help me out he gets five stars all day from me.
I had an excellent experience with Boulevard and Trumbull Towing! I was stranded on the side of the road with my 24-foot RV, and James, the tow professional who came out, was fantastic. He was not only skilled and experienced but also incredibly friendly and professional. He towed my RV safely to my intended destination without any issues. I truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!
Your representative was a very patient young man. He had to remove the camper from a backyard with a very narrow driveway. It took a lot of maneuvering, but he cheerfully stayed the course. I will ask for him, when it is time to return the camper back to the yard!
Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My car got towed from private property $605 in cash just to get it back. The people working there were rude, angry, and completely unprofessional. They tried to force me to sign a paper that basically gives up my rights, and when I refused, they got mad about it.
I get that towing is part of the job, but the way they talk to people and the attitude they have is just ridiculous. No respect at all, no empathy, and way overpriced. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Biggest Crooks and scammers this should not be legal.
Be careful if your car ever ends up here — take pictures, record everything, and don’t let them bully you into signing anything. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

Drivers were both very professional. Didn't agree with Management. Lady lied about not having a Gas card. And needed a bigger truck to get to my destination. Drivers I give a high score of. 8.5. And after Management lied. I give her a 4
I can’t say enough good things about this towing company! I was in a tough spot a couple of nights ago — stranded in the middle of the night around 2 a.m. The driver initially had some trouble finding me, but he didn’t give up and made sure to track me down.
Not only did he tow my vehicle, but he also helped me get across the border from the U.S. into Canada without any issues, which I was really worried about. He went above and beyond, making sure I was dropped off somewhere safe and even waited to make sure I was okay before leaving.
Professional, kind, and truly caring — this is the kind of service you hope for but rarely get. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs reliable help, especially in stressful situations.

The driver was very friendly, the office staff was great as well. The price was a bit steep for a tow 37 miles, from Windsor to St Clair Shores.

We’ve never seen a towing company operate with the finesse of a magician—now you see your wallet, now it’s gone. Our trailer got towed, and suddenly we're paying more than a value of a whole trailer is worth just to get our cargo off the trailer. How do they do it? We're still trying to figure it out.
They should offer a “Comedic Relief” discount because we laughed harder at their pricing than we have in years. The only thing faster than the tow truck was how quickly they charged us. The invoice? A full-page masterpiece of creative writing, with a twist—it's all lies!
Moral of the story: If you want to experience what it’s like to be fleeced and have a fun time doing it, call these guys. If you’d rather keep your hard-earned cash and avoid an impromptu comedy show, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

If you ever need a vehicle towed do not call anybody else but Boulevard and Trumbull Towing. Mike is amazing! I have never in my life met a tow truck driver, who was so unbelievable in every way. He’s not only friendly, but very personable, and he truly actually cares about his customers and their safety. He went above and beyond! I’ve never had any pleasure riding in a tow truck but with Mike I did. He got to us as fast as possible within 15 to 20 minutes. Truly he and their company are the best! Thank you again Mike for caring so much and making sure we were safe and got the car home safely! You deserve 10000 stars!
