I bought a transmission in 2022. They sold it completely broken and they gave me the papers fully rebuilt with 2 years warranty. After I installed the transmission the gage always showed high temperature, I called John to let him know and was very rude saying not to tell him how to do his job. They don’t deserve even a star. I couldn’t use the transmission not even for a year .. I had to buy a new one. Run away from this place !
Purchased transmission from this company. Payed $6000 for a junk trans. It was painted nice but did not have 3rd gear. When I called them I was told sold as is. If I don’t like it go buy new. These people put my truck out of service for almost 3 weeks. This cost me from down time to all the parts. Grand total because of the junk trans $31,000
I was in need or a rare part for a truck and they where able to supply me with the part and give me a fair price. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you John!
Just got off the phone with one of their reps. That hung up on me! Needed help on a truck I was fixing. Don't know much about them but seems he was irritated at me. Tried to ask if he can look up a vin. Theb he just hung up on me.... way to handle business I guess. Thanks for nothing.
I've known John and the staff for many years. I've NEVER been treated poorly, and I've both bought my own parts AND had a clutch replaced. Top notch sales and service..

They listed a part for sale at a price, then more than doubled the price when I called to buy. Totally unethical, unprofessional. People should consider work in other industries.
Simply called to inquire on a part I needed to repair a truck at my shop. Person answered the phone and I asked for the parts department, she said FOR WHAT. I told her type of truck, and she said what, you don't think I know about parts? Then she stated she is one of the owners and continued to be very rude. I said thanks anyway but I will call someone that wants my business. We will never call there again. Very surprised that an owner that deals with customers would be so RUDE.
