The driver couldn't get the tire off to add the donut, but that wasn't his fault (due to the last company that put it on wrong). Had to get it towed instead, so we did that & he took me home. He arrived when he said he would. He also provided good customer service.

I’m called Alex and asked him if he could tow a car the next day…we made a plan and HE called me back the next day but on schedule to confirm and set it up…I didn’t even have to call him back… great follow up very courteous and new equipment which was nice. Couldn’t ask for better service.
