Alex Towing One in Detroit, MI scores 100/100. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive: customers highlight rapid arrival (often around 20 minutes), polite, professional drivers (Alex and Khalil), careful handling, and clear communication. Pricing is frequently noted as fair, and service often goes beyond towing (jump-starts, tire help, safe drop-offs). What clients say about Alex Towing One in Detroit (MI)
The driver couldn't get the tire off to add the donut, but that wasn't his fault (due to the last company that put it on wrong). Had to get it towed instead, so we did that & he took me home. He arrived when he said he would. He also provided good customer service.
EXTREMELY awesome service. Fast responding, great communication, and very reasonable prices. Went above and beyond helping me get my flat tire changed and even jumped my car for me. Would def recommend!!
I recommend this towing company for everyone how need a service anytime and anywhere. Honest people and fair prices. Glad to have a business with you guys. Thank you ?
They where on time, also kept me informed of any delays. Towed my car with care and precision. I would definitely get my car towed with them again if need be.
