Broke my porch and have been giving me the run around. They was supposed to send someone to look at the damages the driver caused and get it fixed. I have been waiting all day. I called they acted like they knew nothing about anything.

Price was great service was good but time I was told compared to time actually picked up was terrible. Over 4 hours and was getting worried the place where my vehicle was going was going to be closed. Other than that it was a good experience.

I found Henderson Towing online through Google. I called and spoke to DeAngelo who was professional and worked to find the best price. My vehicle had been sitting for over a year and had to be moved to another location. The tow truck driver was patient and experienced!!! We ran into a few snags but Ray Billy got the vehicle moved and to its new location. Highly recommended for your Tow service needs Thank you guys.

Wonderful experience overall! My service provider, Ken, was quick, efficient and friendly. I was in a dangerous position on 8 mile in the middle of the night after my tire flew off. I was absolutely terrified, but he assured me that he was there to assist me and that I had nothing to worry about. He immediately got me to safety, and they charged an affordable rate. From the operator to the technician, you could not be in better hands with this company. Would definitely recommend!!

Hit a pole on a slippery night, quick answer quick service. Now they took my car because I didn’t gave the money til 8am….i paid at 8:49 am they didn’t bring my car back til 11:50 that night….literally that’s my only thing that was a bit wierd but other than that great service. Would call again

Great service from start to finish! The receptionist was unbelievably kind and friendly, my driver was prompt, professional, and helpful, and my car made it to the shop safely. Obviously nobody ever wants to have to get their car towed, but if I ever had to again, I would use Henderson with zero hesitation!!

Needed a tow from Highland Park to Fraser I talked to D’Angelo, He was very professional courteous and did exactly what he said. I believe the driver‘s name was Howard. He was also great. Kept me informed., picked up the vehicle and had it delivered. Excellent job. I will definitely be calling for any of my Towing needs …reasonable prices!!

Had a guy out within 10 minutes of calling to change my tire. He was friendly, professional, and efficient in getting the tire changed. So thankful! Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I need help in the future it’ll be them I call.

It was after 6pm, every towing company and tire shop was closed, and I was stranded with two flat tires, two cracked rims, and worn-out tires. Their tow driver arrived in only 7 minutes (the fastest I’ve ever had a tow dispatched!) and immediately made me feel safe and taken care of. Professional, calm, and kind. This is my third time using them. I’ve been a long-standing good client of Bob Adams towing out of Birmingham since 1994. I called them first and after an hour of waiting around the driver called back and said there is no way that we can help you today, so I called my good friends up here and they had a guy out in 30 minutes, the same guy who’s been out twice before super nice super helpful and spot on with a good memory. If you live near or inside Detroit, I highly recommend these people, good, polite and professional!
