after wasting a few days back-and-forth to do payment online, they came and say I have to pay for insurance on the package $200. I’m gonna reject it. They say they will not send a package. Really bad and most likely I will involve a police report and a small claim on this place in the court.
Called on Saturday for a part and spoke to Jennifer. I was having phone issues and the call kept dropping but she kept calling until I got a solid connection. She verified the part I was after was in stock. Picked up the part on Monday and it was in better condition than shown on the site. Great customer service from Jennifer and a great product. Will do business there again.

Bought a part two years ago expecting mid, but it was actually really good. Been with me for two years, almost three and the owners are so nice, I was offered chai after my purchase. Not a scammer-- very nice guy. Will be buying again.
Ok, what can I say. All good. Sam, the owner, is professional and really knowledgeable. He has maintained my 2007 for over 10+ years. Still running good. It's the only place i go for my car repairs.

Drove 3 hours here for a door and thankfully was not disappointed. The door was as advertised and the price was right. They removed it from the car and had it loaded for me within 20 minutes time. Very pleased!
We have been in business 25 years and it's very hard to find honest people especially when it comes to a junk yard. They lie about mileage and quality just to sell a product. Now we can give this place an honest review, they deserve it. The two brothers care about their business and name first before they take money.. Weve tested them multiple times and they have proven honest every time. Mileage matches the Vin, matches the car. These two brothers are honest people. Even if there is an issue with the product they will take care of you. Friendly, not rude and willing to help. . We appreciate your business. 5 stars all day.

One of the Best used car and truck parts at a really decent Price I got a whole premium leather interior front and back for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for $200 where I found a driver's seat on eBay for $650 can't beat that buddy plus I got to go back and get it power steering pump which at the dealer wants $600 but I can get it there at Big Sam's for $100. Check these Guys out for some good Deals. A1
When I called asking for rims they informed me sadly they didn't have mine in stock. They stayed on the phone with me to help me find them at another store and even helped me price out who would give the best deal on them. They care about their customers and they go through great lengths to insure that you are getting the best parts around. Very knowledgeable in parts and can point you in the right direction if you don’t know what you’re looking for. In addition their service is the quickest in the area some yards taje days to source parts but here it’s same day to next day availability.
