WARNING DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PART IN YOUR HAND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR AND HET IN THERE CAR TO GO GET THE PART FROM ANOTHER THAT MIGHT BE ON THE EAST SIDE WHOLE TIME YOU THONK THEY WENT TO HACK TO HET YOUR PART AFTER WAITTING A HOUR THEY TELL YOU ITS AT ANOTHER STORE AND WILL BE 10 MONS WHEN REALLY ITS 40 MINS LATER UNTIL YOUR PART ARRIVED THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND YOU WILL BE WAITTING ALONG TIME TO GET A PART WHICHBIS PROBABLY NOT EVEN IN THE STORE
Great prices and parts are half the price of all auto parts stores I definitely will be back for all my auto part needs I was referred to them by my nephew because auto zone and O’Reillys wanted $360 for new hub bearings for my vw Passat I got them
Both here for only $160 so glad I took his advice and gave them a call best decision I ever made
The worst auto parts store I have been to, I wouldn't recommend!! Gave me the wrong battery, after I asked to make sure numerous times, and almost messed my electrical system up. Tried to put 0 stars
Great family business. It motivates you to utilize them because they can treat you like family and show their appreciation for your patronage. Prices excellent as so their products.
Very unprofessional, especially when it comes to speaking with women. I bought some parts from them, took it to my mechanic and they gave me the wrong one. Call them immediately. Went back up there with the part in the box. They gave me the other part out of a box. Took it back to my mechanic. It still was the wrong one. Call them back. They said they will have to order it. It takes 20 minutes. Went up there and waited there for an hour and a half for a part that was supposed to been taking 20 minutes and every time I asked him when were they coming. He said wait a minute. Let me check and just sat there talking on the phone. They need to be more professional when it comes to women and not think that women are dumb when it comes to parts. Not all women know about parts. Some do some don't so be a little more courteous to your female customers. I will never buy any more parts from the Grand River and out of drive location nor any of these locations. If I could give them no stars I would have. It didn't make any sense that I had to wait for an hour and a half for a part.

Very rude over the phone — zero professionalism or customer service. The products are cheaply made, low-quality imports, and mine broke almost immediately after purchase. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere.
I went in for brakes nd rotors on Mother’s Day nd couldn’t make it no further ? They had front brakes but I had to go to the other location for back brakes , he went for me because I could not drive any further , great customer service I love it there
I understand the take back charge but my rotors I took back was 180$ how you’ll only gonna give me 90$ back just terrible 15 percent charge of 180$ is 27$ not 90$. Just won’t buy anything from you guys again
They need to work on their customer service skills. Besides they are high in prices compared to other companies around them( meant Arabic stores) they don’t do price match at all which is not recommended and no warranty at all in spite of they get it from manufacturers
Stopped by Manfield auto parts and was really impressed. The team there knew their stuff and helped me track down a hard-to-find part for my car. Prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Service was fast, and I was in and out without any hassle. I've dealt with them several times. Their prices are usually right on point if you're working with a budget. They can be a little unorganized at times so sometimes it may take a bit for them to locate your part but they'll get it. And if they don't have it i like that they offer to special order it without an upcharge.
Because if you're trying to lie you say for you if you're lying about the price you will change it it's just right and wrong ways to get things done before and after the election people were happy huh no people are not happy RN. Then they say 200$ for you for the ball joint I'm close but I don't have all the money they say no you move on Yes but do you come back maybe you will and something tells me you're always right ⏯️▶️ it doesn't matter but if I meant to ask her you were happy ?? you're always welcome. If someone say what's 2+2= say 5 and see how they really reacts to it u can tell yourself someone had too close of a call
Prices are fair and they move quickly. Just have patience. Small area and alot going on at one time. They take their time to make sure you get everything you need and you're satisfied.
There were at least seven people working there behind the counter and they had me standing there for about 10 minutes waiting while two guys answering the phone and the rest just stood around talkin before anyone asked me have I been helped.
They had the parts I needed that no other place I had at the time I needed them everywhere else was saying that I had to order the parts and it would take two days to get. Mansfield Auto Parts Company is good at having parts that no other Auto Parts store would have.
