Mike pulled up in A timely manner & Completed the tow without a scratch❗️

Was stranded on 94 and Merriman Road with a flat tire. Called En Route towing. Mike calmed my nerves. Showed up within 15 minutes. He was so kind. He reassured me it would be fine. He quickly changed my tire using spare. So friendly, professional and fast. Would recommend to everyone! Didn’t think having a flat tire in the rain on a cold November night could actually be a positive experience but was reminded there truly are some great people on this world. Thanks to Mike!

Best service I could ask for. He drove an hour away to pick up my moms truck from Washington,Mi all the way back to Dearborn,Mi after she received a flat. Especially on a Sunday when all tow trucks had been busy due to the bad snow storm we woke up. Had given me the quickest response time of an hour after calling 4+ other towing companies that stated they need 2+ hours. The driver was great help and did more than he should have for us! I had a tire blowout and the Tow Truck Technician Moe came and rescued me. He arrived on time with his estimated ETA. Moe made me feel safe and secured me in the warm truck while he hooked my truck up to be towed. He drove me safely to the tire shop to get my truck fixed and to be on my way. My car wouldn’t start I called them and the gentleman that came out ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and was able to replace my battery which was the problem and got me on my way. Excellent service

Caught a flat tire, called to get my spare put on and the driver found I had a nail in my tire so he ended up repairing it on the spot, saved me from having to buy a new tire and ride on my donut, highly recommended. Very good company!!!!

I called Moe he was at my location within 45 minutes. He let me know he was in route as well as his ETA. When he arrived to the Repair shop he had to wait for me to get there. He was so patient friendly , helpful and humble . I definitely recommend their services!
