EN ROUTE TOWING in
Detroit (MI)

Very professional, offered me a good price and worked with me on the quote when the vehicle was missing some components. Punctual as well! Definitely would do business again!

Driver was great, thanks Moe !

He was so nice went extra out of his way to even help me with my tire. That had nothing to do with it.
And the price is unbeatable
He charges at least half of what everybody else around was .... Thank you so much

Moe came thru in a clutch! He came sooner than he said he would and gave me a good price. Customer service was top notch, he made me feel like family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and very friendly! Helped me on New Years at a very reasonable price and was extremely fast. Would definitely use them again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Tow Company I have ever used in the Midwest❗️Called 3 other tow truck company’s to tow my vehicle with a broken control arm and they all canceled either because they didn’t feel like putting in the work or fear of damaging my vehicle because they lack skill, except for EN Route Towing! Mike pulled up in A timely manner & Completed the tow without a scratch❗️

Picked up in 15 minutes and dropped off in 10. Was $50 cheaper than the other 3 places I called and he was a nice guy. Thank you.

Definitely recommended this company was very helpful and reliable in services Provided customer support and care

Excellent service !!!

Great service. He promised 35 minutes and was herein 35inutes. Very pleasant to talk with. Would use again & refer friends & family.

Great Tow Company. Quick Response, Driver Name Was Moe. He Was Very Respectable, Drive Safe, Even Taught Me A Few Life Lessons And Info That I Can Carry With Me The Rest Of My Life. Thank You En Route For Helping Me During An Emergency. Oh And Did I Mention The Cheapest Price Out Of ALL The Other Tow Companies That I've Called. If I Were The Customer I'd Lock That Number As A Contact And Use This Company From Now On..... Like I Did?

Was stranded on 94 and Merriman Road with a flat tire. Called En Route towing. Mike calmed my nerves. Showed up within 15 minutes. He was so kind. He reassured me it would be fine. He quickly changed my tire using spare. So friendly, professional and fast. Would recommend to everyone! Didn’t think having a flat tire in the rain on a cold November night could actually be a positive experience but was reminded there truly are some great people on this world. Thanks to Mike!

Moe is the best, one of a kind. Fast, efficient, straight to business brother. Will use him again and will recommend him to others.

THE BEST TOWING AROUND. Waited over 2 days and went through 3 towing companies ignoring me for me to find En Route Towing. They had my car picked up within 5 minutes and took such good care of me. I will recommend them for the rest of my life!

My car suddenly decided that it did not want to start. Moe responded quickly to my messages and saved me a trip to the dealer/shop by giving me a jump. He came out ASAP to help me. Thank you so much En Route Towing for saving my day and my pockets!

Mike was patient with me and very kind and it shows! I wouldn’t trust many people with my M550 but he got my car to the dealership quickly and in one piece, and he also sent me photos. Would highly recommend Enroute ??

Best service I could ask for. He drove an hour away to pick up my moms truck from Washington,Mi all the way back to Dearborn,Mi after she received a flat. Especially on a Sunday when all tow trucks had been busy due to the bad snow storm we woke up. Had given me the quickest response time of an hour after calling 4+ other towing companies that stated they need 2+ hours. The driver was great help and did more than he should have for us! Thank you En Route Towing!

I had a tire blowout and the Tow Truck Technician Moe came and rescued me. He arrived on time with his estimated ETA. Moe made me feel safe and secured me in the warm truck while he hooked my truck up to be towed. He drove me safely to the tire shop to get my truck fixed and to be on my way. Whole experience was fast and pleasurable. Great affordable rates and fast. I was able to get on with my day fast from this minor setback thanks to EnRoute Towing and especially Moe.

Thank you sooo much. I will use this service again and again when needed and refer.

My car wouldn’t start I called them and the gentleman that came out ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and was able to replace my battery which was the problem and got me on my way. Excellent service

Caught a flat tire, called to get my spare put on and the driver found I had a nail in my tire so he ended up repairing it on the spot, saved me from having to buy a new tire and ride on my donut, highly recommended. Very good company!!!!

I called Moe he was at my location within 45 minutes. He let me know he was in route as well as his ETA. When he arrived to the Repair shop he had to wait for me to get there. He was so patient friendly , helpful and humble . I definitely recommend their services!

Great company, the best rates, I had to tow my vehicle from Detroit to Mount Pleasant and they gave me the best quote out of 4 companies that I called!! Highly recommend!!

Great company. Fantastic communication so I knew when to meet them onsite and very helpful with the vehicle once I got there. Have had some very bad experiences with tow companies, but not this time - highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Moe showed up less than 10 mins after I called. I didn't have enough for the tow... he worked with me.. gave me a discounted price so I can afford the tow..he was very profession and kind. He even gave me a ride to work I would highly recommend this place
